Via Waze: search for Boathouse Baywalk (this is the precise location. The beach has fine sand (surprisingly!) and we love it. Worth it to reserve the entire house (5 rooms) if you’re a group of 8-10 pax. :)

The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

We had a great stay with this listing. The place is new and clean, and also very peaceful. Perfect for a quick staycation in the middle of the city. The staff on duty are also very accommodating and friendly, and they made our stay even more comfortable. The food was great too!

My family and I stayed at Ella’s property for 4 days for the holy week and we’re already planning on when we can go back ❤️ If you’re looking to unwind, temporarily detach from city stress, and just connect with nature and your loved ones, THIS is the place to be! Everything was clean, complete, and we had goodnight sleep throughout our stay. My family and the dogs especially enjoyed staying at the beach port and listening to the waves The beach is public accessed so there will be moments that a lot of people will be there but it’s not as congested as other beaches like boracay or batangas. Stock up on food since grab is not accessible but there are nearby stores you can buy from. Would be nice also if the porch has a small gate since we have an instance that a kid went up our porch and said hi. We have dogs so thankfully he was able to run before the dogs got to him. It’s for everybody’ safety 😊

The place is well maintained and everyone is responsive to our needs. From the owners themselves to the staffs they make it a point that your stay will be comfortable and that your needs are always met and taken cared of. The food are reasonably priced and the taste quality and quantity are worth your money. The only downside is the Local Government unit didn't take care of the beach although Angelica takes care of the cleanliness of the beach front of her place.

My partner and I were desperately looking for a place near Hundred Islands. Char responded quickly and I was able to book a reservation same day. Beach is shallow but the property alone is stunning. Amenities were great especially the makeup wipes. Breakfast was included with the stay, which I enjoyed with the ocean view!!
