It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

Porthole is a unique place in the quiet central part of Seaton situated on Cross Street adjacent to a lovely little park only a short distance from the Beach Newly refurbished, the property is on the second floor with a stunning view over the town to the sea. Passaflora coffee shop is on the ground floor and the town`s Supermarkets, Pubs and Restaurants are a stones throw away. Seatons Tramway is a five minute walk taking you on a rail journey along the River Axe
