My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

We really enjoyed this apartment. Host made check in easy and the home was clean and welcoming. Location is perfect walking distance to Essex st.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

We came into town for a film festival and were very tired after a long day. This place was excellent! They had an easy check-in policy, and it took moments for us to unload and get much-needed rest. We got in late and left around 10. It was perfect! Thank you!

It was so nice, quiet, private and much more. The wooded view from the balcony with the nice breeze was nice. Everything was clean and is a nice place if you’re in and out of the town or just visiting in general. I would highly recommend!

A very quiet, laid back, and peaceful get-away awaited me, my husband, and our dog, Isaac. Kathy's home is tastefully decorated and very inviting. It sets back from the main road, so sleeping is heavenly. Isaac loved safely exploring the outdoors in the very spacious fenced in yard which is easily accessible from the home. Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

We were able to use the parking spot early as well as get in early which was great for the last leg of our trip. Everything was exactly as she described! We loved the place! Absolutely worth the money.

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!

We were in town for a family emergency and this rental made it few more like an enjoyable vacation. The bed is HEAVENLY comfortably! The kitchen included basics for coffees and plenty of dishes to use (although we didn’t need cook on this trip), and the bathroom was well stocked with super soft towels and hand soap. There was also a hair dryer, which I’ve missed in a lot of airbnbs before! The balcony is also easily accessible and a great place to wind down after a day. To anyone visiting I strongly suggest visiting the FunSpot— it’s only a short drive from the condo and it’s awesome for a good price!
