Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Damir sehr genossen. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt lief die Kommunikation sehr gut und vor Ort hat er uns viele Tipps gegeben. Untergebracht waren wir (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund) in zwei Wohnungen - eine größere und eine kleinere, in denen alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden war. Zudem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Damir wohnt mit seiner Familie direkt darüber, war also jederzeit für uns erreichbar und dennoch hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat ein großzügiges und gepflegtes Grundstück mit Pool direkt vor der Tür, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und einen super Grillplatz mit überdachter und beleuchteter Sitzmöglichkeit, den wir oft und gerne genutzt haben. Vielen Dank, Damir, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei dir und deiner Familie verbringen durften!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist einfach wunderbar! Direkt am türkisfarbenen Meer, ruhig gelegen auf einem sehr großen eingezäunten Landstück. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub, um zusammen zu kochen, grillen und essen! Man kann direkt vom Haus aus schwimmen, schnorcheln oder auch mit einem Kanu/SUP raus gehen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur liebt wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Trotzdem ist man ganz schnell in den umliegenden Orten mit Restaurants, Markt, Supermärkten und Stränden.

We had a wondeful stay at Maja's place. The house is even better than on the pictures. The location is great, very quiet and not far from lot of places. The restaurant downstair is great. Maja was very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten und nettem Ambiente in Jadranovo. Es gibt 2 Wege zum Strand in der Nähe Einen schnellen über stiegen (5 Minuten, Rückweg anstrengender) und einen durch ein kleines Wäldchen (10 Minuten). Sehr gut ausgestattet. z.B mehrere Garnituren Gläser, Grill mit vorgefertigtem Holz, gute und schöne Haushaltsgeräte, usw. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar und größere Städte mit dem Auto ca. 15 - 20 Minuten entfernt. Zudem war der Gastgeber schnell erreichbar, direkt und sehr sympathisch :)

Io e 2 miei amici abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell’appartamento e visitato tutta l’isola. Avendo il parcheggio riservato non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a parcheggiare l’auto vicino a casa. L’appartamento è super, con tavolo fuori coperto e orto da cui poter raccogliere tutti gli ortaggi freschi e delizioso curati da Goran, il proprietario. Goran è una persona d’oro, sempre disponibile, senza di lui la nostra vacanza non sarebbe stata così unica. Grazie Goran!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Nadan dal 23 al 31 agosto 2024, direi che posso tranquillamente consigliare questo alloggio, in primis per la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Sig. Nadan che è sempre stato presente ma non invadente, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulle spiaggie da visitare e sui ristornati. L'appartamento è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi per noi ottimo visto che volevamo stare in una zona tranquilla, e a circa 15/20 minuti dalle più belle spiaggie da visitare. L'interno dell'appartamento è ben curato, pulito, e dotato di tutti i confort, tranne la lavatrice. Quindi buona vacanza ai prossimi che avranno il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und blitzblank sauber. Der schöne Aussenbereich mit dem Pool war unser Highlight. Unterstand für das Auto hat mich zusätzlich gefreut. Standort leicht zu finden, schön ruhig aber trz schnell in Pula und co.

Ottimo soggiorno. Al check-in ci ha accolto Adriana, sempre molto solare e simpatica! La casa è molto bella e nuova. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzo, principalmente la sera. Consigliatissimo.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Casa molto carina e funzionale, due ampie camere e aria condizionata per i momenti più caldi, spazio esterno. Tutto molto comodo, un po’ faticosa verso la fine della vacanza la salita a casa con i bambini, in orario di pranzo, ma comunque tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Zorica ed Ivo sono stati sempre molto gentili e hanno avuto pazienza di dedicare sempre un momento ai nostri bambini e a noi, la vera differenza della casa sono i loro proprietari! Consiglio l’alloggio.

Amazing place! It looks just like the pictures, the property is clean and well taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and available everytime of the day. They made us eggs in the morning and made sure we got everything we needed. We would definitely reccomend this place!

Saša war super freundlich. Das ganze Ambiente sehr schön. Wir waren leider nicht bei bestem Wetter da, für genug Holz (auch kleines) zum Einheizen war allerdings gesorgt. Zusätzlich hat Saša uns am ersten Abend frittierte Pilze vorbeigebracht, und mit uns Schnaps angeboten. Einfach eine sehr schnuckelige Unterkunft :)

Our extended stay at Sanja's house was spectacular. Loved the pool, river, location and the dirty kitchen. We put the bbq to good use! The air conditioning was a definite plus as there was a heat wave while we were there. We worked remote for a month and had no issues with connectivity or staying in touch with colleagues. Our two dogs were right at home and our daughter took over the downstairs apartment. Perfect! Sanja was so lovely and welcoming. Can't say enough about her and her property. Thanks Sanja! Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic time at Zrinka's place. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful overlooking the river and waterfalls. I could sit out on the terrace all day every day enjoying the peace and quiet. Anytime you get too warm it is a simple matter to pop down and have a swim in the river or, if you are feeling adventurous, take the canoe for a paddle. This was two weeks of relaxing paradise. With a car it was also easy to visit various local castles, mountains and lakes. Zagreb is an hour away and we even popped over into Slovenia for a couple of day trips. Zrinka is incredibly welcoming and easy to contact. All in all well worth 5 stars.

Uživali smo sa djecom u prirodi i u kucicama koje se potpuno u nju uklapaju.Gospodin Juraj ,Danijel i Aleksandra susretljivi osjećali smo se ko doma.Ogulin i okolica imaju šta za ponuditi i ljeti i zimi.Jezero Sabljaci ,muzej i kuca Ivane Brlić Mažuranić,okolna priroda ,Rastoke....

Sandro z’n huis is geweldig, prachtig gebouwd met authentieke materialen. Het is een smal pand met een keuken op de begane grond, woon- en badkamer met veranda op de eerste verdieping en een slaapzolder die bereikbaar is via een steile trap. De ligging is geweldig met veel voorzieningen zowel binnen als buiten (bbq, jacuzzi en sauna). Je hebt veel privacy en kijkt uit op de vallei van de Dobra. Er zijn volop handdoeken (zelfs badjassen), keukengerei en basisvoorzieningen als zeep, wc papier, keukenkruiden, olie e.d. De bedden liggen goed en er zijn fijne hoofdkussens. Sandro is een hele fijne host. Hij is altijd bereikbaar voor het beantwoorden van vragen en erg flexibel. De omschrijving op Airbnb is heel bescheiden, in werkelijkheid is het veel mooier en completer. Als we een minpuntje zouden moeten benoemen zou het enige de toch wat afgelegen ligging zijn. Er is geen restaurant of winkel heel dicht in de buurt. Maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Dank Sandro! We hebben genoten.

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati ospiti di Miki per sole 2 notti ma con grande rimpianto perché il posto valeva una sosta più lunga. Se avete voglia di un vero tuffo nella natura e nella tranquillità di un posto remoto ma senza rinunciare alle comodità degli alloggi e dei servizi (tutto molto nuovo e ben funzionale) allora è il posto che fa per voi! Ringraziamo il nostro host Miki e sua figlia per la cura dei dettagli, l’ospitalità deliziosa che ci hanno offerto, torneremo sicuramente!
