We had a really lovely stay and apart from an initial misunderstanding which was quickly and easily resolved, our stay was perfect. It was lovely to dump our cases so that we could enjoy Bath, it was great to have a slightly later check-out of 11 and it was lovely to dump our cases to enjoy lunch without trundling them around Bath. The house was perfect for our needs!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and were able to explore Bath and Bristol without too much time in the car. Our toddler had a great stay too!

I recommend this place. A well appointed comfortable modern house with the massive benefit of private easily accessed parking. All kitchen utensils/pans etc available , good bedroom storage , outside area , Tesco local 2 minutes walk away, easy walk to city centre(20 mins) and good buses. Not a quiet road but fine. Parking is a problem in Bath and on an Easter weekend ALL carparks were full so this is an excellent property as access to Bath is easy and affordable . Good internet /board games /TVs. If you are a group of 4+ I would say this is an excellent choice. Not suitable for anyone with mobility restrictions.

A great kid-friendly place close to the city center! Street parking was easy to find, which made things super convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was perfect for our needs. We truly loved our time here — it felt comfortable, cozy, and very much like home

Beautiful house which was perfect for a family weekend away. Very clean with excellent facilities. Views were lovely, a public footpath passes right past the garden with a nice walk to the local village. Host Debra a pleasure to communicate with.

A unique and historic house which while quirky in some ways, still incorporated the modern facilities to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is fantastic, central for many sites and interests, the rooms comfortable and unusual - eg wooden shutters for the windows. The garden was an unexpected bonus.

Well equipped flat in a great location, perfect for dropping our daughter back at university and having a mini break in Bath.

Extremely easy and stress free arrival and check in. Clare was very friendly and responsive with any questions we had. The studio was spotless and very clean and the area surrounding was so calm and peaceful!

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful appartment. Extremely well decorated and within 5 minutes walk of central Bath, restaurants. pubs and a Waitrose/Tescos. John e mailed all information needed for check in and answered all our questions. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

Incredible location, just a short walk to centre of Bath with shops and restaurants. Although great central location, it was nice and quiet, our young baby slept very well there. The garden and view were beautiful!

Rachel's place was perfect for our short stay in Bath. The cosy space had been well planned and provided everything we needed, as well as being right in the heart of Bath. The convenience of the location outweighed the additional noise from staying over a Friday and Saturday night. Would recommend a visit to Mr B's Emporium bookshop just around the corner.

A brilliant & fun stay in such quirky accommodation. Loved the location with the benefit of being so central to all we wanted in Bath City. Really nice communication from Christian & Sian from start to finish with some really helpful info and recommendations along the way. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Amazing place with a stunning view of the city of Bath. The flat is stylishly designed and decorated and Lisa is responsive and super helpful. Will definitely stay here next time I come to Bath.

A fantastic property in a great location! Wonderful light and open property with loads of charm/character, super high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. All the mod-cons included. Will definitely book again!

I travelled to bath with some friends to see the historic sights of Bath. The apartment was the perfect place to see everything and was very centrally located. Ian was an extremely friendly and considerate host. He let us check in early and provided everything we needed to get settled. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it as a base to explore the city.

We had a lovely time in this fabulous place. Very quiet spot and super location for a walk to Bath, Saltford or Keynsham. Not far to the bus or train if your legs have done enough walking

Eileen and Trevor were great hosts, the place was lovely, just as described, very clean and in walking distance to town. Trevor was very helpful at check in giving us the tour of the place and showing the map with lots of local recommendations. Would love to visit again.
