Looked even better in person than on the pictures provided. Quiet, secluded with all amenities and large hot tub with a short journey into the city centre but also pubs within the area. easy check in and out, would use again.

Beautiful place and area with rural charm and character - very therapeutic! The guest house is cosy, clean and comfortable with many items provided which made us feel welcome and at home. There is a guestbook with helpful information / instructions and recommendations for local activities. Catherine was very responsive and we felt everything was easy to understand, there were also hand written notes around the house which made it feel homely. The hot tub is lovely and tucked away in a private spot, surrounded by nature. The area is peaceful and quiet and close to The Druids Arms and Stanton Drew Stone Circle. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to Catherine! I highly recommend.

A great home in the countryside of Bath. The surroundings are great, felt very peaceful. Was great to have the fireplace. Claire was super responsive and helpful. The rooms are great, vey much appreciated the linens, cleanest sheets and towels, wonderful duvets and mattresses. A 15’ car drive from the center of Bath. Hot bath tub was great too! Would recommend for sure.

Dairy cottage was compact, cute and cosy and had everything we needed. Check in was really simple and check out at 11am was fab. Dani lives next door and met us on the driveway as we pulled in. She had the hot tub ready and explained how everything worked. The bed in the main bedroom was enormous and a sooo comfy with plenty of storage. The second bunk room was very small but suited my teenage girls fine. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed including homemade bread from Dani ! Huge dinging table for breakfasts and dinners, a comfy sofa with smart tv and a log burner for the evenings. Bath was a 10 minute drive away, nearby walks for dogs and a lovely pub at the bottom of the road. All in all a great cottage in a super location and a welcoming host. I would defo recommend.

Thank you for hosting us, Aisha. The cottage and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. Inside, the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is a particular highlight and features a fantastic bath and underfloor heating. We were fortunate to spend New Year’s Eve at this property and were greeted with a Christmas/NYE card and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch! Thank you for that! Aisha was very responsive both before and during our trip, answering a question we had on arrival really promptly. A fantastic retreat in a peaceful village - with Bath being close by if you want to drive and explore locally! Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you.

Beautiful location - drive into Bath only 15 minutes. Stunning views! Place was immaculate, very clean, beautifully designed and had everything you needed. Myself and the group I attended with could not fault it.

Had a great stay here for few days. Cottage was very clean and tidy, very well furnished. Beds were really comfy! Additional touches such as robes and slippers and a welcome drink were very much appreciated and thoughtful. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

This is a truly secret gem. So peaceful. Wish we could have stayed the whole week. The bedrooms were especially lovely. Everything was so clean. The barns are truly in a gorgeous setting with footpaths essentially from the door. And the hot tub!! Plus it’s less than 20 minutes from Bath. We will certainly look to return here. Have just returned from this lovely property and it was just perfect. The location is idyllic, a beautiful little village but easy reach of Bath and Bristol. The cottage was beautiful, individually decorated, homely with lots of little extras, like tea and coffee, a well stocked kitchen and beds that were so comfortable we were looking at the mattresses to find out where they came from! The property was spacious, good sized bedrooms, excellent showers and a delightful courtyard garden which is perfect to enjoy a coffee in the mornings. As described parking is a little tight at the property but we parked easily in the road and just walked up the drive which was well lit at night. There was a really good info folder in the cottage with lots of recommendations for local places to eat, we chose The Litton pub, great food and very reasonably priced drinks. We’d love to return to this cottage and are hoping to do so at a later date.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, cosy and exactly as described. It is in a really peaceful and quiet place with beautiful views. We especially loved the walk just outside of the property. Chris was really helpful and responded to queries really quickly. He made the experience easy and stress free which was appreciated. Would really recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

From the moment we booked this place, we knew our weekend was going to be great. The accomodation looked beautiful and was in the perfect location as we wanted to head into Bath and Monkton Comb. Tony was very helpful over message and gave us plenty of information ahead of our booking. Check in was very easy and the house was beautiful with everything you would need - we could've moved in for months it was that well equipped! Thanks again for helping make this trip so special for my mum's birthday 🎂

We had a great stay. A true home from home with everything that you could want being there and available. Gorgeous linen on the bed which was mega-comfortable as were the pillows. A bottle of milk, some water and orange juice were waiting our arrival together loads of tea bags and a lovely pack of biscuits. The heating was on and was perfect. The underfloor heating was a real treat. A private garden gate leads directly onto a public field for dog walking and also to the path to the pub - 2 minutes door to door. Ideally located for exploring Somerset and Wiltshire. We will definitely return to this fabulous hideaway.

Down for a wedding at Folly Farm, lovely space in wonderful location. Amenities and space ideal for two couples. Easy to find and such tranquility so close to the vibe of Bristol and splendour of Bath. Wandered around the lake direct from the house on the morning of the wedding, having enjoyed dinner at the Pony and Trap (very close) on the Friday evening. Pippa very helpful host.

Wonderful stay! The app with info, in-house info and the booking system for the pool were all very informative and helpful, much appreciated. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, and the pool (the main reason for our stay) was a true highlight. To be able to book in with a lot of flexibility and privacy was wonderful, as well as the long hours available for booking. Cream tea on arrival was delicious! The property itself has everything you need, and we can't wait to book to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. Steve and Kirsty had left some milk for us which was appreciated for an immediate cup of tea and were very quickly responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely part of the country, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive!

We had a lovely week at Sarah’s. The location is very convenient Bath and area. Close to Glastonbury and Wells. The cottage is located on Sarah’s farm and it is cozy, quiet and a baker on site Friday and Saturday with excellent Pasties and bread among other goodies. The back faces the sheep and it was nice to hear the horses going out for a walk. We hope to return again next year.

A beautiful place, with equally beautiful views out of the bedroom window. We took our baby daughter here and she slept peacefully with no noisy neighbours etc. idyllic and lovely walks nearby. Sammy was a super responsive and kind host. We look forward to our next opportunity to return.

We had a lovely time at this cottage. The cosy, home-away-from-home vibe was exactly what we hoped for. The beautiful weather meant that we enjoyed the private garden just as much as the cosy interior. We appreciated the host's attentiveness to detail with regards to pre-check-in information, the property guide, and the thoughtful local recommendations. Location-wise, the cottage is perfectly situated - you get all the perks of a quiet rural getaway whilst being only an hour or so's walk (a peaceful canal-side route dotted with pubs) from the centre of Bath. We definitely recommend this place, and thank the host for their hospitality.

Tracey was a friendly, wonderful host who always responded quickly and accommodating, our stay was wonderful too - the cottage was just perfect for us. Great location, the view was so lovely and peaceful to sit on the decking area, great additions of pheasants roaming! And seeing deer in the surrounding fields. Will visit again
