Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

We had the most amazing stay, We couldn’t recommend the apartments enough, it was so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The views were beautiful and got to see sunrise and sunset right from our bedroom. Even though it’s on the front there’s hardly any noise. Absolutely worth the money and we will be returning as we loved it so much!

Was actually better than the photos. Perfect place for a few days break, with everything we needed and very clean. Would recommend the property.

Had a brilliant new year break at Helens apartments, the whole apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed, the lovely open plan kitchen diner living room with large sofa and chairs was perfect for our two small families to gather, had lots of really good information from Helen about the area, which was very helpful. Everything is right on your doorstep nice short and long walks, shops, pubs and restaurants the car didn't leave the car park. I would highly recommend the apartment and am looking to return ourselves for another stay.

This is a great, well-equipped, central Woolacombe place to stay. I would not recommend it during high season if you don't like noise as it's right above a restaurant/bar, but for off season it's perfect. The view is spectacular and it's easy to walk to numerous restaurants, the beaches and the local shop. The host communicated well - the instructions were clear for locating the property, check-in and check-out - and she was easy to contact. We didn't have any issues, but it felt like if we had, the host would have responded quickly. Her messages were also were friendly and welcoming.

The accommodation really is home from home. A great deal of thought has gone into the furnishings, appliances and utensils. And they are all high end. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The shower room is well appointed and spotlessly clean. It is a wonderful place to stay and I therefore highly recommend it.

We had a great few days in Liz’s little apartment, 2 adults and a teenager. A lovely place with a huge comfy bed! So convenient for the beach and some great eateries!

It’s a lovely large house, with incredible views. Great kitchen to cook from home, lots of space and big bedrooms. Great place, definitely recommend!

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again in the future! The location was perfect — we especially loved having the golf course right out the back leading directly to the beach. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly, and there was plenty to do along the beachfront, just a short 10-minute walk away. Jilly was such a lovely host — she left us chocolates and other thoughtful amenities, and even checked in with us on our journey home. Her hospitality made our trip even more special. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Super big house for our family celebration

Two families had the perfect stay at Tania's and Julian's. We've been coming to Bude for over 20years so know the area very well. The location and size of the house is perfect for anyone with children as the updated playground is at the bottom of the road and it's just a few minutes walk to the shops and beach. Our beach wagon was put to good use! The house had everything we needed including extras of toilet roll, rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets etc which just makes life easier rather than having to head to the shop the moment you arrive. We were also able to use their travel cot (we brought bedding for this) which was much appreciated. There is so much space we didn't feel on top of each other. We loved the swing seat and outside shower for rinsing the wetsuits at the end of the day. They have a lovely garden. Tania and Julian were wonderful hosts too. There was great communication between us and they made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back next year.

Wow, the most incredible house. We rented Heather Down for the celebration of my parents 60th Wedding anniversary. There were 12 of us of varying ages and this house was perfect for us all. It had everything we needed and is very well thought out. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes. The rooms are all stunning and the view from the huge living room windows is something you could sit and stare at all day. A couple of small issues we had were sorted very quickly with great communication. We were lucky to have the most beautiful weather all week which was a huge bonus and allowed us to sit on the terrace and watch the sea and surfers while having a drink and bbq. We have had the most incredible family week and would all go back in a heartbeat

We had a fantastic time at Eddie’s and would love to return. It’s a beautiful, comfortable house with stunning sea views. To be able to leave the front door and have sand between your toes within seconds is really special. We won’t forget our time here. Thanks to our super helpful and friendly hosts the house was brilliantly stocked with lots of thoughtful touches often missing from other accommodation - eg towels for the beaches, a picnic mat, tin foil and bin bags…things that aren’t deal breakers but combined make such a comfortable experience. Would hugely recommend.

Had a superb long weekend at Matts gorgeous house in Croyde. Having stayed at lots of properties over the years in and around Croyde/Georgeham this property is outstanding. The house is extremely well maintained, impeccably presented and very tastefully furnished. Cannot fault anything. Matt has thought of everything you and your family needs in the house, the kitchen facilities and the added bonus of a pantry as well as a separate utility is just perfect for our requirements. Also the TVs are a great size and easy to use, and thank goodness smart TVs. We were very lucky with the weather and took advantage of the lovely enclosed garden and seating areas with the bi-fold doors wrapping around. Didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ but looks very well equipped. The house worked very well for our 2 dogs - towels, bowls and treats were provided…as well as human treats! Gorgeous superking bed too! Fantastic clean bathrooms and great showers. Already booked for a return visit later in the year!

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We had a lovely comfortable 3 nights at Lynbridge House. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. There are plenty of beautiful walks from the apartment... The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the kitchen is well equipped....just what you need on a holiday!!! We will definitely book again when we visit the area.

Had a lovely stay at Topside. Viki was a perfect host leaving out a box of Cornish biscuits, milk, tea & coffee and some lovely wild flowers. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable & homely stay and Viki had thought of everything. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 min walk to Bude town with all its restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and beautiful summerleaze beach. We look forward to booking again in the near future

Great flat with easy access to everything in the centre of Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach (even with a surfboard!). Free parking. Easy to find and get access to the property. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there aren't many steps and easy enough to get up there without any hassles. The flat is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, cereals and biscuits on arrival. Great communication and fantastic host will definitely be visiting again!

What an idyllic location and wonderful hosts. Sarah and Gareth’s place was perfect and they were so warm and welcoming. We had the most incredible weekend and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Excellent location just opposite tunnels beach. Very light & airy, lovely quiet apartment block. Short walk into town, we were very happy with the location and just as described. Had everything we needed and more! Was like a home from home and a spacious apartment. Excellent value. Shirley was proactive with very clear instructions. Answered immediately as we arrived a little earlier than expected and super accommodating. You won’t be disappointed

Didn’t know what I got myself into when I seen the outside but my god did the inside make up for it, definitely recommend to others such an incredible view and the interior was stunning.
