Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The place is very comfortable and spacious, with a thoughtful amenities kit in each bathroom. Paolo was an excellent host—accommodating and quick to respond. Lea, the helper, was always just a text away if we needed anything.

She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

Ani’s home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Most importantly, it was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay even more wonderful. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We all had a fun and comfortable stay here. :) Bataan’s beaches are kid-friendly and we loved that we booked the perfect place for our much-needed break. The service and place exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ani and Madeline!

The caretaker was lovely, she gave us instructions and showed us around the house, even helped us set up the barbecue. We had an issue with a blocked toilet, that she fixed right away. She was one sms away if we needed something. The place is grand! The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach (but there is a golf cart that we can use). This also means that when at the beach, you don't have access to amenities. Overall a lovely home 😊

Nice private vacation place with kids when passing by at Subic. Just less than 10 minutes drive from Vasco's by the water. My nephews were excited to swim and play basketball just 1 minute walk from the apartment. The only thing we're not sure is the schedule of pool cleaning but for a quick stay, it's ok. 😊 We love the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, very modern and the 3 bedrooms are spacious for families planning to bond for a few days. Highly recommend Cheng's place!

Maria's place was nice and worth the money. Her caretakers, Charlene & team were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. We were treated splendidly the entire stay. Kitchen was fully-stocked with equipment, plenty of lounge area, and wifi was really fast, too; handy for those of us who had to do some light work. The only thing is the house is not actually beachfront, it's like 2 mins away but nonetheless easy to go to and clean. We enjoyed our stay and had a great family time. Thanks a lot!

This place is highly recommended. It's clean, complete and spacious. Kids can run all around the place. The host is responsive and very kind. Overall it was a family time well spent! Thank you for having us. A Merry Christmas indeed.

The Nook is a very lovely place. We arrived very late at night but the caretaker (Mang Boyet) was ready, waiting for us still. It’s a very relaxing place and Anton was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is strong so that’s a plus for us so were able to do our regular zoom at night. Thanks be to God through Christ!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean and well-maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing vibe, and even the kids felt completely at ease throughout our stay. One of the best airbnb i booked! Amazing scenic view and very peaceful relaxing vibe.. what you see in the post is what you get. The beach is private and not crowded even if there are neighbors of the other unit. The unit is very clean and well maintained, all appliances are functioning. The place is also well decorated with rustic vibe..All ACs in the unit are cold and working well kept us cool and sane during these hot summer days! Carina the host made sure we were comfortable during our stay very responsive and generous to let us stay extra as there’s no succeeding guest after us. Ate Nori was very kind, helpful and accomodating to help us settle in until check out. We had a great time and definitely bookmarking this place to come back again!! ❤️🙂

Highly recommended place to stay for a vacation. The location is up in the hills, so you get to see the view of beach and and mountains. Also, the host is very responsive and accommodating, even let us have a late check-out.

Ms Lailani is very responsive to all my queries, communication with her was smooth. The room is located on the 4th floor of the building, which you can access through stairs. The building might look old, but once you go inside of the room, it’s like you passed through a portal in a whole new place. My fiancé and I really had a great stay. We enjoyed the karaoke and we also love how everything is provided (utensils, condiments, toiletries). There are even available items (for sale) for our convenience. This place is highly recommended.

Jen's place was amazing. complete kitchen tools, well lighted house, super clean bathroom and oh, loved the body wash! complete and fresh bath towels and linens. spacious place. reasonable price and we surely book with them again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this listing! The space itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the cozy atmosphere, which made it feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with the family!

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.

We love our stayed there! The Racquel is alway responsive. Everything was perfect start from the beginning of our booking till we check out. You had everything there you need for your comfortable and peaceful stay. Just bring your own grocery and cook delicious meal eat and enjoy the view. It was a great gateway from home. We went to the club house and have a wonderful time there. We will definitely come back there again. Thanks for smooth experience.
