The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the beautiful backwaters view, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! andre and his family are very helpful and friendly hosts. our stay at Andres Guesthouse was perfect. He was very helpful with tips about the local area. and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

A Delightful Overnight at Aaicho Wado, Pernem What a lucky find this was! I only wish I had booked it for a few more days. Aaicho Wado, a traditional Goan wado beautifully restored by Ranjita, is truly a serene haven. Her curation reflects a refined aesthetic sensibility—something an art aficionado like me truly appreciated. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtfully chosen artefacts that give the space a soul. The villa is airy, spacious, and filled with light. A highlight for me was the tranquil prayer room that lends a calm, almost spiritual energy to the whole place. Lalitji, the caretaker, was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The early morning stillness here has etched itself into my core memories. My parents and teenage son loved the stay just as much—it’s rare to please three generations at once! Extremely homely place. Super responsive host and was present in person to meet and expalin all the details. We reached late eveing and he had arranged home cooked delicious local food as desired for the dinner as well as in person delivered the same for night and morning breakfast. Well maitained property. Amey was very open to suggestions and personally asked for views. He captured smallest of details on things we suggested and made then available. Ihad my pet with me and he and ensured basic things like food bowls etc were availabe at the property for the pet. I would love to visit Amey's place again and would strongly recommned the property for people who would like to live at a place to experience home away from home in true sense.

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

really nice apartment and super kind hosts. we had a great view from our balcony over a temple and close to some good restaurants and beach. good value and clean. hopefully one day I'll be back

First of all, Barath is the best host I have ever experienced. He is proactive, responds quickly, and is very helpful when any issues arise. I felt comfortable and at home right away. The Airbnb has the best location in Arambol – I could easily ride my scooter to the center or the beach, both within 5 minutes. The surrounding nature is incredible and really helped me relax and unwind. There were some initial issues with the Wi-Fi, but Barath quickly fixed them. The connection is very fast, which was crucial for me as a digital nomad who depends on it. I was able to take all my calls without any problems. Additionally, there is an amazing South Indian restaurant right across the street. The neighborhood is super friendly and quiet! All in all, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for peace and tranquility while still being able to reach everything quickly. Thank you, Barath, for your outstanding service!
