Michael was very responsive and quick to fix any issues. The neighbors were friendly. There are some cosmetic issues that need to be fixed and the furniture could use some updating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

This spot could not be more perfect. Penn is a very responsive and thorough Host, I was very thankful for her kindness and flexibility. The flat is so cozy, I spent almost every evening on the front porch in the sun. This spot is super close to the Maritime Museum, which makes for the perfect morning walk to watch the sun rise in the bay. I could not recommend higher, in fact I wish I was there right now. I will forever cherish my time in Annapolis, and this rental is a huge part of that.

This is my 2nd time staying at this air bnb. Habeebs place feels like a home away from home. If I could give it 100 stars I would. First of all, his home smells so good which instantly made me fall in love with the space. He’s very kind, welcoming, and simple. His home is so peaceful and spotless clean. It feels like a sanctuary. The room is lovely and smells just as good as the rest of the house. The bedroom is cozy all around . The Shower is hot!! And stays hot ! To be honest this Airbnb is more like a hotel and was worth every penny spent. I really enjoyed my stay ❤️

She was really nice and helpful, they bed was extremely comfortable and soft. the bathroom was clean and everything was as it was described.

We recently stayed at the Severn Apartment, and it was a good experience. The amount of beds met our needs, and we appreciated the amount of towels and cleanliness. The location is in quiet neighborhood and has access to a playground out back. The host was polite and helpful during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it to others looking for a convenient place to stay in the area. Thank you, Luigi.

The Host the best of the best. Very attentive and very helpful when you need anything. This is the best place I have stayed. The entrance is very safe and easy. The cleanliness in the room and bathroom and the towels are very clean. The calm and peace on another level. I can say that I recommend this place as a 5 star suite and 100% sure

ATTENTION! Home away from home! I am in love with cozy & warm environments and that’s what I felt. The home even had stocked items that I literally needed and that was a huge plus! I felt very welcomed! I felt like we’ve known each other when communicating! I would chat and they would respond quickly and that was a huge plus! At one point I forgot to respond and I felt bad because I thought they didn’t but it was my error. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we felt safe. There is more than enough space. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home and would stay again if it’s available during the time when I need to reserve! Thank you for a great weekend stay!

What a great place. Super convenient location. We enjoyed the ease of walking around Annapolis and Eastport. House was charming and clean, and Jimmy was so easy to communicate with during the entire stay. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Annapolis with a small family or group of friends.

Spacious and quiet townhouse in a very convenient part of Columbia, MD. Easy access to restaurants and airport/train. Ample space for each person and two work stations.

When you are booking a last minute trip, the last thing you need is for your lodging options to add to the pressure. Once I connected with Petra my pressure was alleviated. She was super responsive, super clear regarding check in, the overall stay, and check out. The home was immaculate and gave Resort type anticipation of needs while also giving the feeling of staying at home. If ever I'm in the area again, this is my first option for lodging.

Lara's place was amazing! Super comfortable 3 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms, pristine, comforatble beds in all 3 bedrooms and located in a great are of North Beach, MD. She was very proactive and communicated fast and well. The place is just minutes walking distance to the water side and plenty of good restaurants and great coffee shops. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay in the North Beach area. Thanks for having us, Lara.

Top reason we picked this was location--and it was great!! So much to do within walking distance. Even with the bad weather, was easy to find things to do and great places to eat. Second reason we picked this was having enough beds! We're a group of college friends who come together for periodic reunions and we like our own beds! Don't mind sharing rooms and this house delivered with 7 beds plus couch/sofa bed space. House was charming and well appointed. All bedrooms fairly spacious, even the one with multiple beds. Kitchen had abundant supplies of dishes, glasses, etc. Beds relatively comfortable. Would note that top floor sofa bed would not accommodate tall person. Bathrooms had both free-standing showers and bath tubs. Only one entrance (though didn't really explore basement), lovely front porch, only one block from large parking garage.

Rebecca’s place was a great find for a girl’s weekend trip with three of my friends! It was very close to all of the main drags and super walkable. The place was clean and very accurate to the listing. Street parking is tough as the street is very narrow with a dead end, but we were able to snag a spot right in front of the house. It felt a tad sketchy super late at night, but traveling in a group or using a ride share made it feel fine. Rebecca was so kind and accommodating with our checkin and checkout. Definitely recommend this place!
