This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

Ria’s place offers a peaceful and private retreat — the cabin itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the added touches like the games, videoke, and the warm, attentive staff who were always ready to assist. When our bus couldn’t access the parking area, the hosts went above and beyond by arranging transport for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth every peso. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bolinao!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Getaway – Would Stay Again! We had a wonderful stay at Kings Manor from April 16–18! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylish decor and incredibly cozy. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. Fernando was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and peaceful balcony. Minor note for future guests: Flies inside the unit but it wasn’t an issue for us as they have provided swatters and repellants. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return! The place was beautiful! ❤️ the pool was clean and refreshing! The beach had big waves but the view was spectacular 😊 the staff were friendly and helpful! Overall we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer

Our family had a great stay here! Mary Grace was very responsive; it was a bit hard to locate the place due to newly constructed area but apart from that, everything worked out great. Having it on beach front was the amazing part of it! Will definitely stay here again...

Oliver was very accomodating, explained well what do and don’ts, we enjoy the welcome refresher. Famous “ Ice Cream” the sorrounding very quiet and peaceful. All and all we enjoyed our family vacation.

Our stay is very nice. though there are expected events when we got there but totally understandable since it is a holiday and long weekend. The owner is very nice and even recommended other places to go when we get back on another date. The place is what I have expected. Probinsya with slight modern style. Basic amenities. Staffs are helpful and they really did accomodate our requests. Going there is really a province like, less houses but safe feeling. you can go there from the main highway by walk perhaps will take you 30-1hr or trycicle or car. no street lights so you need to be home before dark if you will walk. I like the vibe of the place and It showcase its purpose - serenity and fun since they also have a pool and karaoke there. Overall, I love the place and will definitely come back.
