Great clean and beautiful home. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Host was accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and close to everything: beaches downtown, amphitheater, outlets, etc. Very private lot at the end of a dead end street. We felt very safe and secure with the privacy fence and the security cameras located around the outside of the property. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Spacious deck and fire pit (wood included!) were a great spots to hang out. There was something for everyone! Plenty of games for inside and outside use and the fenced in front yard was great for our furry four-legged family members to run around and play ball. James was an amazing host. Communications were great and he Very responsive in answering questions This place was perfect for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again!

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

Home was as described and shown in pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful.

My three sisters and I wanted to get away for a few days near the beach since we all live in different states. We found the house easy to find, very spacious, clean, decorated in very good taste, and located in a quiet neighborhood only a very short way to the beach and 15 minutes to the historical section of St. Augustine's. Eliska was very responsive with her communications. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals when we wanted to. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for both adults and familiies.

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Ashley's home was the perfect home for a peaceful beach weekend getaway. The location was perfect- close to everything you could need yet the area was calm and relaxing. The home itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Ashley thought of everything as far as amenities go. We hope to return on our next St. Augustine visit. PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We loved the location of this place! Far enough from the traffic and hustle of downtown, but only a 10 minute drive or uber. We loved how close it was to the beach and even used the bikes to ride up to the lighthouse. Would recommend!

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

The rental was perfect for my family of 5. It was pet friendly which was why we looked at it originally but decided to leave the pup home. Room enough to sleep 2 adults and 1 child, 1 tween and 1 teenager. Internet worked well. Loved having a washer and dryer! We were able to check in a couple hours earlier which was awesome! Carley was very responsive and a great host!

Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. What a gem! My husband and I, our 22 year old, and our 14 year old stayed in this fantastic place for a few nights. It was such a wonderful and whimsical place to stay. The balconies, the lights in the trees, the tortoises, and the sweet pups were just a few of the lovely features besides the great hosts and walkable location. Thanks for a magical weekend!

We just stayed at Emmily's this past weekend, so early April 2025. If you are lucky enough to be able to book her place. Grab it. We were visiting from the NE and it was everything she described and more. Can't say enough.
