Our group of 5 enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Shana's. Even though it was cold and snowy the entire time, we still managed to spend quite a lot of time outdoors by the fire pit and visiting the animals at the barn (such a treat!). The house was warm and very roomy, and having access to 3 bathrooms was very helpful. I needed to join a Zoom call during our stay, and I had no issues with the wifi. There were some flies (to be expected), and the kitchen had a slight odor, but those things didn't detract at all from us enjoying our stay. I would recommend stocking up on some bottled water, but otherwise the kitchen/pantry had everything we needed to do some light cooking. Overall, I highly recommend!

Had an awesome stay at this quaint little place. It’s located in a great area by the lake, very quiet during the week, very close to an area to swim with the kids. Lots of side streets around the cabin for walking. Place was very clean when we showed up and had everything we needed for a week long stay including linens, lots of towels and wash clothes, plenty of blankets, and the basic kitchen amenities needed for cooking/eating. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

Steven was a very nice guy. His taste was impeccable. When I entered his place my son looked at me, knowing my taste and said, "what do you think?" My answer "Oh my goodness." The place looked as if I had decorated it myself. I absolutely loved everything about it--the decor, the antiques, the wallpaper, the ambiance, the music he had was awesome. I danced around the room. The gorgeous quilts on the beds, the comfy bed and pillows, the French doors to the wonderful front porch overlooking the adorable quaint village of Angelica with it's wonderful antique stores and friendly folks that live there. I wanted to stay there forever. I couldn't have been happier staying at Steven's place and would love to stay there again. Thank you so very much Steven Timothy, this is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I would recommend you to everyone.

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! The A Frame was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs. It was super clean despite being dog friendly with thoughtful touches like a dog pad and wiping towel for muddy paws. Plenty of dishes and we used the electric burners and toaster oven. Area behind the cabin is posted land so you can't explore too far beyond but we took a day trip to Letchworth and got our walks in. It did rain the majority of the time we were there so it was muddy outside but that is to be expected in April. It was nice enough out that we were able to have a fire one evening. I would maybe plan to bring extra chairs as there are only 2 on the deck if you have more than 2 guests. Overall a wonderful stay, we even had a mini easter egg hunt in the cabin as there were many nooks and crannies! We had a lovely stay.

Great place to stay to explore Letchworth State Park. Very clean, nicely decorated, great wood stove for cozy evenings! Would stay again for sure!

Kathleen is one of the most hospitable AirBnB hosts! From the breakfast and snack items in the kitchen to the cozy fireplace, and the ample linens and in-home library, I felt right at home while staying at her place. All instructions for check-in and navigating amenities inside the house were clear and helpful. Added bonus was the private location where you can here the rain and wind through the trees. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the nearby campus or just passing through. So thankful for Kathleen’s kindness and generosity.

Kelly was very communicative, the space was beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again when we come to town to visit our son at AU next time plan to enjoy the beautiful scenery a little more.
