Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Alcudia beach

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Magnifique vue et au calme. Nous avons bien profité. Nous recommandons fortement. Notre grand regret était que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle n’était pas chauffée.

Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche zum wandern auf Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern.Yadir ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Grill und schöner Aussicht. Da wir uns komplett selbst versorgt haben war uns eine komplett Ausgestattete Küche wichtig.Da war wirklich alles da was man braucht! Salz,Zucker,Öl,Essig und viele Gewürze sind bereits vorhanden. Mein Tipp:Wer in der Nebensaison kommt empfehle ich Hausschuhe mitzubringen.Der Fliesenboden ist recht kalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke für die schöne Zeit

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Le logement d’Antonia est très agréable, bien agencé, bien équipé, parfaitement propre et à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Nous serons heureux de revenir à Alcudia dans le logement d’Antonia. Merci Antonia pour ta communication et ta réactivité.

La casa è come nelle foto, se non meglio. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza. L‘appartamento è molto spazioso e perfetto per un soggiorno di gruppo. Francina è stata disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendoci molte informazioni utili sulla zona, e sempre reperibile, in generale un’ottima host. La casa si trova sul lungomare di un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ma non per questo privo di servizi (ristoranti, locali, ecc.). Inoltre, alcune tra le spiagge più belle di Maiorca si trovano proprio nei dintorni di S’Illot. Nel complesso, consiglio questo soggiorno perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Es ist alles da, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage könnte garniert besser sein. Toller Ausblick mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und Strand. Ganz schöner kleiner Ort ohne Hotelburgen und Toller Landschaft. Ein Traum.

Appartement très agréable, literie de qualité, terrasse très grande avec une vue incroyable et mobilier de qualité! Nous avons communiqué avec la femme de Jose qui a été très proactive et nous a fait part de nombreuses recommandations pour notre séjour! Nous y sommes allé début avril donc encore hors saison, le quartier était calme et avons passé un agréable séjour!

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche im Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Paula war immer zu erreichen und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden. Die Lage ist super um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und für uns war es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Strand und auch Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kleinkind. Die Straße vorm Haus ist nicht stark befahrbar und stört überhaupt nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist sauber und es gibt die Möglichkeit sich auf einer überdachten Terrasse, am Pool mit Sonnenliege oder oben auf dem sehr großen Balkon, der ums halbe Haus geht und mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist, aufzuhalten. Die Gegend ist ruhig bis mäßig touristisch. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Im Umkreis von ca. 15 km gibt es alles, was man braucht: von Sandstrand über Sehenswertes bis Supermarkt. Nadine ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und klar kommunizierend. Sie reagiert schnell und sympathisch auf Anfragen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

E' la prima volta che uso Airbnb e sicuramente non sarà l'ultima. L'appartamento pulitissimo è esattamente come descritto con una posizione meravigliosa per i servizi (al piano terra c'è uno supermercato e nei dintorni ce ne sono mille), inoltre si trova all'inizio di una zona pedonale ricchissima di locali con musica anche dal vivo, ristoranti e negozietti. La vista mare è spettacolare, ci alzavamo guardando l'alba, colazione e pranzo sul balcone guardando il mare. Gli spazi sono perfetti con due camere grandi e due bagni. La presenza della lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono veramente TOP. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, gentilissima e disponibile ed anche il sig. Thorsen che si è occupato di accoglierci è una persona disponibile e gentile. Oltre ai servizi elencati tra i quali olio e sale, c'erano molte spezie e del detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Veramente consigliato. Check out facile e con orari flessibili.

Very clean and spacious apartment for 2 with everything you could need. Lovely sunny balcony and very convenient for the beach and bars/restaurants. Nice & quiet pool

Wir waren nur 10 Tage hier. Werden sicher wieder hier buchen. Der Strand war sehr sauber. Restaurants sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort Artà ist sehr zu empfehlen. Und der Linienbus fährt, ab Canyamel, nahezu stündlich in Richtung Porto Cristo.

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

A lovely apartment. Clean and spacious with two balconies to enjoy the sun. The views of the mountains were beautiful. It was just a short walk to the beach and the lovely pine walk and shops and restaurants were within 5mins away so an ideal location. Inma was a great host, very friendly and informative. It was very peaceful ( April) and very easy to park the car close by. We can't wait to return.

Patricia’s place is perfect for a stay in Puerto Pollenca. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk to the beach and with the bus station just around the corner. Patricia was incredibly quick to respond to any of our questions and was a wonderful host.

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Wir waren mit unserer Familie auf Ferien in Mallorca (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (1 Jahr und 4 Jahre)). Vorher waren wir noch ein paar Tage in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel, da war es uns viel zu laut und hektisch. Diese Unterkunft war unsere Rettung, endlich Ruhe und eine Aussicht wie in einem Traum. Es hat alles was man braucht, sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder und Moskitonetzte für die Fenster. Die Gegend ist Ruhig, es gibt in Gehnähe Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, das hat gut funktioniert. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen, wir würden gerne wiederkommen :) Toni antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Schönes mallorquinisches Haus. schnelle, nette und einfache Kommunikation mit Francisca, herzlicher Empfang mit einem großen Teller Zitronen und Orangen sowie eiern, da wir nachts angereist waren und somit etwas zum Frühstück hatten. Saubere Zimmer und Bäder. Gerne wieder und volle Weiterempfehlung!

Eine moderne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick, eigenem Strandzugang und eigener Garage. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse sind super schön. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch für Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit Pilar verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.
