It's a nice place to have a chilled stay. Very nice staff with great management. The resort is quiet and the beach is close, nice music in the bar, beautiful garden with cool and cozy night lights. There is even a mini library available.

The secret garden is like a hidden retreat, tastefully curated by Helene. From cute wind-chimes at the doors, antique furniture, colourful garden decor, a well-lit pool to an AMAZING BREAKFAST that she cooks for her guests, using the vegetables and fruits that she grew herself in her garden!!! You’d see a ‘chikoo’ tree right by the pool side, and all the other vegetables growing around. The place is luxurious and yet authentic, in contrast with the nature around it. It can inspire anyone to create, learn and just to live fully in the moment, for a while! They try to provide their guests with utmost convenience, from booking a scooter for their stay to arranging a pick-up and drop, from the airport. And the best part is, you won’t even realise when the house- keeping will just quickly fix your room, while you’ll be having your breakfast or taking a dip in the pool. As soon as you come back to your room, you’ll see your bed, all made, water bottle refilled with cold water, cleaned bathroom and used towels replaced with the fresh ones. Our stay lasted for 3 days and honestly, the beautiful memories from this place have hijacked everything else that we did in Goa.

Extremely helpful host- Tanaaz, she helped us with early check-in and late check-out due to our odd flight times. property is close to baga beach... 4-5mins walk. The manager at property mintu as well as the staff dhiraj were polite and helpful... they helped us with renting scooty and getting cabs. place was maintained neatly. Tito's Lane is 2mins drive... with all the night clubs and multiple shacks are available at walkable distance. Reminder- Carry your own toiletry(shampoo n soap) and Dental kits as well.

The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The host, John, was very responsive. He is quiet and reserved, so some might say unfriendly but I found him very caring. He suggested great places to eat, and even went to the pharmacy one night to get medicine for me. The room was well maintained. I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe as a solo traveler, and would recommend.

Its difficult to start describing our experience.. Nitin and Simi are one of the warmest hosts that I have come across.. Cherie is the cherry on the cake! for anyone who wants to explore Goa with a difference, I would definitely recommend to stay with them.. a beautifully done HOME, amidst the local Goans, that maintains decent distance from the usual touristy and loud surroundings. It pushes you to explore the unusual mangroves & bird sanctuary of Goa.. Simi is very responsive and shares lovely recommendations and goes beyond her way to make sure that you have the best time in Goa.. Also special thanks to Dipti bhaiya for everything!

I wanted to get away from humanity to just enjoy nature and peace - and this place offered me both in abundance. The property is huuuge, full of little tranquil escapes within the area - in the midst of which are the cottages, which are perfect for a solo stay/group stay. The staff were super sweet, helpful & respectful. They grow so much of their own produce, serve that for meals which tastes wholesome. If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle bustle and tuck yourself in nature - this is the place. Would i go back? 100%.

Mani’s Place is an absolute gem! The food was exceptional—every dish was bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. The service was warm and welcoming, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.—it was simply outstanding! Will definitely be coming back for more.

Nice clean room, lovely balcony, and courteous staff. Do be aware it is a wellness center, not a typical bed and breakfast, and read the house rules - no smoking or alcohol permited. The veg breakfast was delicious!

One a kind experience at this beautiful private property in south goa. The house is a Portuguese villa maintained with perfect care and love full of antiques. The space transports you a blast from the past I can say. Surrounded by beautiful chickoo gardens. The host is the kindest sweetest uncle I could have ever met & the elaborate breakfast they serve setting not only the food in style but with the side of symphonies ❤️🫡 Along an old train track the house vibrates on the passing of a train😅

It was a very pleasant stay at Charles' place. The host Jitu was very friendly and helpful. I also got to meet Charles', the property owner of the property and he was checking in with us on every details about our comfort and convenience and asked the hotel guys to help us immediately with anything that bothered us. Getting a bike was super easy as the rental place was right outside the hotel. We visited around the New Years so price of the stay was expensive. Prices might work well for you if you are going on off-season. The host arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport as well. Getting to the hotel was easy and the place was just two minutes in from the main Candolim-Calangute road. Will be visiting again. Thank you Charles and team! All the best!

We had a wonderful trip. A lot of credit goes to the host Mr. Rohan who was kind enough to provide us a well curated list of places to visit. The staff of the property is well behaved and friendly as well. The property is a 150 year old Portuguese heritage home, with well maintained, comfortable and clean rooms.

Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

The place is beautiful, it’s close to all the major places and it’s very calm. Jerry was very responsive and helpful and Babu ensured we were at peace all the time. Anyone who’s planning to visit should stay here, great place and great hosts. Thanks Jerry and Babu

Excellent service. The staff is warm, polite, they mind their own business and yet make it a 5 star experience with their attention to detail. If you’re looking to stay for a long time, this is it! Laundry, car washing help, coffee at midnight if Chandan was still around: these guys go out of their way to make sure you’re right at home. We met some incredible people at the house which made the trip even more memorable. The hosts are quick to respond and extremely helpful with recommendations and an open library with a treasure trove of books. While There’s plenty to do in and around the village, the house is under 30 minutes from assagao, so getting places didn’t seem hard at all. Especially since we rented a car. All in all, amongst the best travel experiences, especially in Goa.

Perfect place to spend a laid back holiday. Would totally recommend it to my friends.
