This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Villa mit super freundlicher Gastgeberin! Pool wurde jeden Morgen sauber gemacht und der Müll wurde entsorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerade für größere Gruppen.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb von all dem Stadt Trubel am Rande eines Bergs. Kaffee stand schon beim Check-in bereit, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Man kann direkt los wandern und die schöne Aussicht und Natur genießen. Der Whirlpool und die Aussicht über Split war eines der größten Highlights. Split und die umliegenden Städte sind mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mirela lief einwandfrei wir haben einige sightseeing Tipps bekommen und auch sonst schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Wir würden hier auf jedenfall wieder hin kommen, danke für die tolle Zeit und diesen wunderschönen Ort.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, es sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool und das Haus waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt, es hätte ein zwei größere Schüsseln und Töpfe in der Küche geben können, für 6 Personen war es manchmal etwas knapp. Aber sonst waren wir sehr happy mit dem Haus.

It’s in a perfect location for exploring Skradin, Krka National Park and the beautiful surrounding area. A special thank you to our wonderful hosts, Ivica and his lovely wife for the amazing home-cooked meal – such a kind and generous gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Truly great hosts who went above and beyond. Ivica gave us recommendations on places to visit in the surrounding area and advised how and where best to park when there. We would highly recommend staying here if visiting Skradin.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Perfect family home. highly recommend! big thank you to the host!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vinko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern und war sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet einem aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten die ersten Tage noch kein Auto, konnten aber alles, z.B. einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Hafen in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gut zum Baden geeignet, wenn man Steinstrand mag. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Eine sehr moderne komplette eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sehr sauber!!! Eine wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung und eine tolle Lage.

Mirjana nagyon kedves és mosolygós. Nagyon könnyü Nála megszállni és nagyon megéri. Ott laknak abban az épületben elszeparálva, így az érkezés rendkívül rugalmas tud lenni. Nyitott kapuk fogadtak az érkezésünkkor. Csak annyit írtam Neki, hogy este 8 és 9 között érkezünk. Jött is a válasz, hogy rendben. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Es war sauber und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Unsere Abende haben wir in dem Whirlpool mit tollem Ausblick ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Gezellig eenvoudig huisje met veel privacy op mooie plek. Wel jammer dat je de snelweg hoort. Een auto heb je wel nodig als je de omgeving wilt verkennen.

This is definitely a very special place! So beautiful and quiet in the middle of the forest, the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Nataša gave us a warm welcome and explained everything we needed to know, whenever we had further questions we got a quick answer. Ivan also provided a very helpful guide for activities close to Zir Zen. We had a really amazing time there :)

We had some relaxing days at House Stribor. It is a little tricky to get there, because the google maps location leads you to a wrong address. It's better to navigate to Villa Antica. The house had all amenities that we needed and looks very stylish. There is a nice terrace with beautiful views towards the mountains, even though you also see and hear the highway. Marina was very responsive and also let us check out later. We can definitely recommend a stay at house Stribor :)

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Im Haus war eine sehr gute Klimaanlage verfügbar und der Ausblick vom Balkon sowie dem Gemeinschaftsbereich ist unglaublich schön. Mit etwas wandern findet man sehr tolle Badestellen zum schwimmen und schnorcheln aber Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
