The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

Sanja was very kind and helpful. There was someone near us for check in who was also very responsive and kind. Due to bad weather we had decided to persue our vacation elsewhere, but this does not mean we were not satisfied with our stay - the apartment was very clean, had everything you needed and was near restaurants, shops, the beach… definitely recommend :)

Z apartamentów Davorki z balkonów rozciąga się przepiękny widok na zatokę w Šimuni. Przyjemnie było nam to oglądać każdego dnia. Gospodarze byli mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Czuliśmy się tutaj naprawdę swobodnie i jak w domu. Apartamenty Davorki są na małym wzniesieniu, w pobliżu portu, centrum wioski i nieco oddalone od plaży (piechotą ok. 10 min.), ale to przyjemny spacer. Moja 4-osobowa rodzina poleca to miejsce. / From the house of Davorka, from the balconies of the apartments, there is a beautiful view of the bay in Šimuni. We enjoyed watching it every day. The hosts were nice, polite and helpful. We felt really comfortable and like at home here. The apartments are on a small hill near the harbour, the village center and a bit far from the beach (about 10 minutes walk), but it's a pleasant walk. My family of 4 recommends this place.

Apartamenty czyste i zadbane oraz dobrze zaopatrzone. Piękny widok z tarasu na morze. Plaża bardzo blisko apartamentu🏖🏝🏜. Gospodarze to wspaniali ludzie którzy pomogą i umila życie każdemu😍😍. Pyszne winko na powitanie🍷🍷. Pobyt u Państwa to czysta przyjemność 👍👍👍 Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy

L'esperienza di alloggio nell'appartamento di Ružica è stata perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Rosa è molto gentile ed ospitale, la comunicazione con lei si è manifestata sempre semplice e puntale. L'appartamento oltre ad essere spazioso e pulito ha tutto quello che può servire ... anzi di più .. abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione alcune accortezze come le multiprese elettriche, cassaforte, sacchetti per la biancheria sporca ecc.ecc. che denotano particolare cura e interesse per gli ospiti. Fantastica la posizione dell'alloggio, zona tranquilla e in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono tutte le spiagge o i luoghi più conosciuti del circondario Novalja-Pag. Ciliegina sulla torta il grande terrazzo esterno per godersi i meravigliosi tramonti comodamente seduti sui divanetti a disposizione. Tutto super.

The place is very nice and clean, it's 20mins Walk from zrce Beach. Pool is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

Wir haben die Herbstferien dort verbracht. Da die Saison schon vorbei war war es sehr ruhig und friedlich. Vieles hatte schon geschlossen. Kata hatte uns aber vorgewarnt, dass wir sozusagen eine Woche zu spät kommen. Dennoch war es sehr schön dort. Gekocht haben wir selbst, was in der gut ausgestatteten Küche kein Problem war. Für uns 5, zwei Erwachsene mit drei Kindern (9,9,12), hat der Platz gut gereicht obwohl wir wegen dem nicht immer guten Wetter auch recht viel Zeit drin verbringen und oft auch drinnen essen mussten. Der Strand ist auch im Herbst sehr schön und perfekt mit Kindern. Wir konnten auch noch gut baden wenn sich die Sonne gezeigt hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Die Informationen wurden proaktiv von Julio weitergeleitet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich an sehr guter Lage mit öffentlichem Meereszugang sowie einer Autofahrt von zirka 10 Minuten nach Novalja. Die Unterkunft an sich ist wie auf den Bilder abgebildet - mega ruhig und wunderschön. Zudem existiert die Möglichkeit von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer sowie dem Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen. Besten Dank für die schönen Ferien Julio sowie das Engagement!

We really enjoyed our stay in Anes and Mladens beautiful house. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation and perfectly located for trips to different beaches on the island of pag. A big advantage is that the beach of potocnica is only a 5-minute walk away from the house. Besides that, Anes and Mladen are very helpful in the case of questions. The check-in and checkout works via keysafe and is therefore very flexible which is another advantage.

Doskonały dom, spokojna okolica. Blisko do centrum i kilku plaż. Milan bardzo pomocny i zapewnił nam wspaniały pobyt. Dom wyposażony w wszystko co potrzeba. Dobre miejsce dla dużej grupy. Warto tam wrócić

Serdecznie polecamy! Mieszkanie zadbane, czyste, w pełni wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy dzięki, którym czuliśmy się niezależni i mogliśmy w pełni korzystać z naszych wakacji. Przepiękny, przestronny, dopracowany ogród, w którym można było poleżeć i posłuchać otaczającej natury. Tedi i Jelena są świetnymi gospodarzami, czuliśmy się jak u dobrych znajomych na wakacjach. Dodatkowo same miasteczko Mandre to świetne miejsce wypadowe na wiele pieszych i samochodowych wycieczek. Długa, zadbana promenada przy plaży, którą można spacerować tuż przy brzegu morza. A zachody słońca, jedne z piękniejszych jakie widzieliśmy! Z czystym sumieniem polecamy!

Einfach TOP! Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn etwas benötigt wurde gab es prompt eine Hilfe. Bei Fragen zur regionalen Spezialitäten wurde uns immer ein entsprechender Ort genannt und bei Zubereitungen von Fischgerichten tatkräftig unter die Arme gegriffen! Sehr familiär! Sehr zu empfehlen! A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
