Wir haben eine Woche über Silvester im Haus von Jure verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus von Jure liegt etwas abseits der Straße, aber so zentral, dass alle notwendigen Orte schnell und einfach zu erreichen waren. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, was für unseren Hund sehr angenehm war. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und verfügt über alles was benötigt wird. Besonders angenehm war jetzt im Winter die Fußbodenheizung. Der Kontakt zu Jure war unkompliziert. Er war während unseres Aufenthalts selber im Urlaub, aber eine Freundin hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Trotzdem war Jure für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal Urlaub in Jures Haus zu verbringen.

While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Urlaubswoche erlebt ! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen am Waldrand mit sauberem Pool und praktischer schicker Einrichtung. Zum Ort Labin sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten. Man kann vom Haus weg wandern oder radfahren. Thomas ist total nett und hilfsbereit ! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen !!

Necj's farmhouse was a wonderful base for our holiday in this corner of Slovenia. It offers beautiful views and is incredibly quiet, but only a short drive away from Koper, with all its amenities, as well as the highway towards Ljubljana, which can be reached in just over an hour. Necj's recommendations for places to eat and visit were great, and in general the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. The farmhouse has been restored with a lot of love. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a delight to spend time in. We would definitely come here again on a future visit.

Lovely small apartment and great location for exploring Istria, in the middle of the peninsula and just minutes from the motorway.

Beste Lage und wirklich sehr schönes Apartment. Alles tiptop und sogar Cafe, Tee, Willkommensgetränke, eine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, immer sofort erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit. Außenterrasse sehr gepflegt und immer sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert. Auto ist gratis auf dem großen Parkhaus abzustellen, aber man kann zum Laden in die Nähe zufahren. Gastgeberin ist sehr versiert mit Anleitungen, damit alles passt. Danke.

Sehr schönes, großes Appartement mit tollen Blick auf Piran von der Dachterasse aus. Roman und Kathi reagieren sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn etwas unklar ist.

Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques, ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait à voir en ville et la communication s'est très bien passée. Le logement est situé à 20 minutes des lieux de vie et des zones à visiter. je recommande.

Nice small house with a huge fireplace. A little bit to close to road so You can hear it all night.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Lokev. Die Unterkunft bei Andrej war bestes. Der Parkplatz unmittelbar am Haus. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Abendessen Im Gasthaus von Andrej war sehr gut, eine Einkehr dort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war super, es war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Riesen Vorteil, man kann alles in Rovinj zu Fuß erreichen und braucht kein Auto mehr! Ein Konzum um die Ecke ermöglicht auch einen Einkauf zu Fuß und in Hotel um die Ecke kann man um 16€ / Person frühstücken! Man sagt das man vom Apartment „The Q“ kommt und zahlt weniger! Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, neuen Apartment auf höchstem 5 Sterne Niveau!

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido week end a Rovigno e sicuramente il soggiorno presso la casa di Eli e della sua famiglia ha contribuito a rendere la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. Eli è amorevole: quando siamo arrivati si è offerta di accompagnare in macchina alcuni amici che viaggiavano con noi e che dovevano spostarsi in un’altra parte della città. Per quanto riguarda la casa, le foto non le rendono giustizia perché gli ambienti sono molto grandi e luminosi, oltre ad essere ampiamente dotati del necessario per alloggiare comodamente e, se lo si desidera, cucinare in autonomia (un supermercato è a cinque minuti a piedi dalla casa). L’appartamento è in una zona tranquillissima, al limite dell’area pedonale del centro storico: una situazione ideala, perché si arriva in macchina, si parcheggia e a pochi metri inizia l’aera pedonale: in cinque minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro. Se torneremo a Rovigno, di sicuro ripeteremo l’esperienza presso la casa di Eli.

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Het huisje is fantastisch en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en privé. Alles is aanwezig, super schoon en erg goed verzorgd. Ana is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en ook goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens het verblijf. Wij, een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het zwembad dat het hele jaar door gebruikt kan worden was een echte hit! Een absolute aanrader en een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und das Haus waren sauber. Die Einrichtung war ansprechend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Alle beschriebenen elektronischen Geräte waren da und funktionierten. Haben nix vermisst, das ist selten. Als letztes Haus in der Sackgasse war es eigentlich ganz ruhig, es schallt aber von den Nachbarn und der Baustelle etwas zurück. Im September wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Wir würden wieder kommen, da auch die Kommunikation mit Tomislav sehr gut war.

Wir hatten wundervolle 12 Tage in dieser besonderen Villa verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Hauseigentümern; Mit Gästekorb und einer persönlichen Führung durchs Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, voll und gänzlich ausgestattete Küche. Bis ins kleinste Detail. (sogar Netflix, X-Box) Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, als er auf den Fotos wirkt, doch unsere Kinder, wie auch wir genossen die Abkühlung jeden Tag aufs Neue. Und mit der Gegenstromanlange kann man auch paar Schwimmzüge machen ;) Sehr zu empfehlen. Wer ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, ist hier wundervoll aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für Alles.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer traumhaften Lage. Die Dachterasse mit Whirlpool ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Jasna ist super schnell und freundlich. Alles sehr gelungen😊👍

Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt um eine entspannte Zeit in einer ruhigen Gegend zu verbringen. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit den Pool als auch die Sauna und den Whirlpool zu nutzen was den Aufenthalt um einiges bereichert hat. Es ist zwar eine ruhige Gegend aber dennoch ist jede größere Stadt problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett und haben öfters nach unserem Befinden gefragt und gaben uns gute Tipps um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
