The hosts were very welcoming - very attentive and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped with modern amenities and the hosts had even left some treats to enjoy! The apartment is a great place to stay in Chipata - quiet and peaceful, out of the main hustle and bustle of the town. I was there for work and it was the ideal place to stay. Cleaning staff are friendly and there is good security with guards on both day and night. I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to a lodge especially if you like to prepare your own meals and have flexibility. I look forward to going back in the future!

Jean-Paul was very quick to respond to communication. We asked to check in early and he was very flexible with it and agreed. His local manager Kizito was also quick to get in touch and gave us directions to get to the apartment. The aprtment was very clean and very nice in a quiet location. Cleaners offered to clean the next day. Host kept checking to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. Jean-Paul and Kizito were both great thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay next time we visit

Location was key. Host sent help to clean the house daily and responded to inquiries swiftly. From responses, you can tell Reuben is kind hearted and pleasant individual.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Farmhaus mit einem äußerst zuvorkommendem Team. Großzügige Räume und ein großer Pool, Wir hatten es nach der Beschreibung nicht so weit außerhalb erwartet und hatten bei der Anreise ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl, dass aber beim sehr freundlichem Empfang und der Besichtigung des Hauses schnell verflog. Zu jeder Zeit gab es eine helfende Hand auch bei organisatorischen Herausforderungen. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen sind die für große Menschen (1,88) etwas zu kurzen Betten. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und das unvergessliche Erlebnis.

We had a fantastic stay at Anthony's place! Anthony was incredibly responsive and always available to assist, which made the stay even more comfortable. The housekeeper, Sharon, was a superstar—she was on-site every day, proactively managing any issues before I even noticed them, such as organizing a plumber to fix the washing machine. The house itself is quiet and private and had enought space for the entire family, which we greatly appreciated. One standout feature was the backup power system, which kept all amenities running smoothly during load shedding—a huge convenience! I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

Was a great stay, Salama Park is a good part of town, easy access to a lot of things.

we have a great time away in Emily's home from home. Even through plumbing, power and water issues (through no fault of Emilys) we still had a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight and we loved spending time on the porch.

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!

Rochelle was an excellent host. We spent four very comfortable nights at her property which was essentially an oasis! We also had fantastic service from her maid Esther who was so efficient. Many thanks for the great hospitality. Will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Tio was a great host. He provided very clear instructions of the check-in process, how to use appliances like the oven, washing machine etc. The property also had full solar setup that works even through the night, which is big time with the constant load shedding the country faces. The property is also in a private neighborhood, which makes it very safe with 24/7 security guards. I had a very pleasant stay, and this will now lasts be my home away from home whenever in Lusaka.

Diana is running a lovely spot and I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in lusaka to consider her apartment. from clean rooms to beautiful furniture it was all great, one cannot overlook the beabeautiful and secure environment that Kingsland as a whole provides.

Chintu is easily one of the best hosts we have in the country currently. She is fully committed to her job to the point where you can see how passionate she is about what she does. Whether coming from out of the country or local, Chintu was always very professional, polite and ready to execute what ever request we made. She is hands on and was always eager to help where ever she can. keep it up Chintu, can't wait to come back for a longer period of time.
