The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

Another great couple of stays at Valerie's fabulous apartment. Always look forward to my stays there. Highly recommended.

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

Just spent 3 nights at seas the day and was definitely impressed. The host was very responsive and the apartment was spotless with everything there and more. The apartment was very spacious and had amazing sea views from each room. we will definitely be returning 😁

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable the apartment was clean. It was very cosy! I thought it was really nice that they had provided shampoo and conditioner too which I didn’t realise I forgot mine until I went to get a bath! Really nice touch. The hosts were super helpful. The neighbours were lovely too! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you again!

It was as a lively place to stay, flat was clean and airy and felt like home. Beach and promenade a stones throw away and a nice walk to harbour. Easy access to Bempton Cliffs

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

Both Lisa and Brother Andy where very good hosts I had a few queries whilst we where visiting and they where both very quick to respond. The house beat all expectations and was very dog friendly and yet not a single dog hair visible on arrival. Great location hardly used the car and even though it was off road parking we had no issues with getting a space .

Alison was an exceptional host providing us exactly what we needed for a couple of nights with our beagle Baxter location was perfect with off Road parking house was lovely & clean & very comfortable all round great service

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

Spotlessly clean, very central location and with incredible views from all 3 large windows. The views are even better than the photos! Everything we needed was there, 2 minutes walk to some really great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, and a short walk downhill to the beach, pier etc. We loved Saltburn, and we loved this beautiful apartment in the lovely Zetland building.

Fantastic location. Easy walk into the town centre but, far enough away to avoid any noise. Perfect location for attending events at the Pavilion. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of room. The apartment / towels / Bed Linen were spotless. The Information Pack was very useful. The Host, Amanda was brilliant, very helpful. Communication was excellent with timely reminders for Key Codes etc.

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Such a great stay - the perfect location to explore Scarborough on foot! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our little one has never slept so well away from home!
