Tucked away at the end of a private lane, this country charmer is surrounded by forest on 3 sides, with hot tub, wood-fired pizza oven, year round fire pit & priv. walking trail. F’ton area shops and restaurants-18 min. away. Close to Mactaquac Prov.Park with hiking, and lots to do when the snow comes! We are a half hour away from Crabbe Mtn. for skiing, then come back and relax in the hot tub & roast marshmallows! Pet friendly. To note, this is a rural location.

Brand new, private, stylish and well located ski cottage just a minute drive to Crabbe and just a few minutes away from the provincial snow mobile trails.
