We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. The kitchen had multiple pots, pans, and basic condiments like salt, oil, and sugar. The radiant floor heating was fantastic—despite -16°C outside, we were cozy in t-shirts indoors. The area was quiet, with many restaurants, shops, and a Lotte Department Store nearby. A large Homeplus supermarket was close, and several convenience stores, including one on the first floor of the building, made everything easily accessible. The Wi-Fi was excellent (97.7/106 Mbps). Getting to downtown Seoul was easy, taking about an hour via Metro Line 3. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since we were there during Lunar New Year, she gave us a traditional Korean dessert and delicious homemade food to celebrate. Her hospitality was outstanding! We have nothing negative to say—everything was perfect. Thank you!

숙소를 볼 때 깨끗한 침구와 화장실이 중요한 편인데 만족스럽고 편안하게 있다 갈 수 있었어요! 세면도구나 어매니티도 종류별로 너무 다양하게 챙겨주셔서 불편함이 없었어요. 창문을 열어도 조용한 점이 좋았고 편의점 두개에 무인 편의점도 있어서 새벽에도 간식거리나 필요한 물품 사기가 너무 편했어요 ㅎㅎ 청라에 오면 다시 올 것 같아요!

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The place was very clean and the bed was very firm. My hostess was very responsive. I had a little difficulty getting into the unit as the PIN code was a little off but she was very responsive to the Airbnb chat and I was able to get into the unit within 30 minutes. She also kindly allowed me to have the unit a couple of hours earlier than the usual 3p time listed. She also had a lot of nice touches, including having a washer in the unit, with some laundry detergent. She also provided some bottles of drinking water. She also provided some fun local snacks that I enjoyed trying. The shower was not my favorite (basically an attachment to the bathroom sink), but I understand why it was designed this way - to be space saving. But it was not a deal breaker. I also really enjoyed the close proximity to Songdo CONVENSIA- as I was attending a conference there. It was a quick walk to the conference center. Very convenient!

We had a great time at this accommodation and Vicky was a phenomenal host! She was very proactive in responding to messages and communicated the instructions to check in and check out clearly. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The space is located on a quiet street with lots of restaurants along the main street and is conveniently located within walking distance to the metro station.

숙소도 아주 깔끔하고 편안했지만, 가장 인상 깊었던 건 집주인님의 세심한 배려와 친절함이었습니다. 짐이 너무 많아 체크인 전에 잠깐 들여놔도 될지 여쭤봤는데 흔쾌히 괜찮다고 해주셔서 먼저 숙소 앞으로 갔습니다. 그때 마침 집주인님께서 청소 중이셨는데, 제가 다리를 다쳐 절뚝거리는 모습을 보시곤 불편하지 않으시냐고 먼저 물어봐주시고, 최대한 빨리 청소를 마쳐서 미리 들어올 수 있게 배려해 주셨어요. 예상치 못한 상황에서도 이렇게 따뜻하게 챙겨주시니 정말 감사했고, 덕분에 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 응답도 늘 빠르고 친절하셔서 머무는 내내 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었고요. 다시 방문하게 된다면 주저 없이 이 숙소를 선택할 것 같습니다

출장 때문에 잠시 머물렀는데 군더더기 없이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 모든것이 잘 구비되어 있어서 몸만 가도 되겠더라구요. 지하철 역도 가깝고 근처에 괜찮는 식당들도 있습니다. 추천합니다.

Good location, nice and clean accommodation, quick responding

Namin et Jake sont d'excellents hôtes, gentils et accueillants. La communication est facile, tout est très bien organisé et les instructions sont très claires. Le guide de séjour est très pratique. Le logement est impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire et des petites attentions (eau, savon, encas, café...). Et le rooftop est un vrai plus ! Le logement est un peu excentré des zones touristiques mais facilement accessible grâce au métro tout près. Le quartier est calme et il y a des petites rues à proximité avec d'excellents restaurants. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

It is the most complete house I ever stayed! You basically just have to bring your clothing and check in. Lovely place with great location.

2달 넘게 회사 출장숙소로 이용했습니다. 거래처와 가까운 곳에 위치하여 편리하게 이용할수 있었습니다. 집 내부가 깨끗하며, 내집처럼 사용가능한 공간이어서 너무 만족합니다. 다음 출장을 위해 또 예약합니다. ^^;

너무나도 이쁜 숙소였습니다! 남자친구와 집데이트가 하고싶어 우연하게 에어비앤비를 보게되어 가입후 처음 이용한 집이였는데 대 만족이였습니다!!

주인님과의 소통은 체크인전부터 매우 원활하였습니다. 아파트는 대단히 깨끗하고 편리하였고 공간이 넓었고 송도 중심지에 위치하여 경치가 좋고 편리하였습니다. 세탁기 건조기 등 중, 장기로 묶는데 매우 적합하였고 전반적으로 매우 만족한 여행이었습니다.

Lovely room very clean. The host was super helpful and patient with me as I was messaging a lot about how to get into the building. I took taxis to get to the places I wanted to go. I would stay here again.
