Located in Wingfield village, with a popular pub to walk to, it’s ideal for exploring Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat Safari Park. Nearby train stations offer easy access to Bath. The cottage has central heating. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (no cats), with gardens at the front and back. Parking for 2 cars is available, and I look forward to offering all guests a warm welcome.

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Beautifully decorated, with a light airy feel and old pine flooring, it sits in our peaceful garden and has uninterrupted views of a charming, secluded Combe. For walkers, or anyone wishing to explore the West Country (and Bath) this is an ideal location.
