Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! Set in the grounds of a 600 year old, thatched Devon Longhouse, with lakes, beautifully designed and thoughtfully placed at an angle to ensure privacy. Inside has a kitchenette, log burner and en-suite shower, whilst outside there is a luxurious hot tub, covered decking area, BBQ and chiminea. An idyllic spot for snuggling up and stargazing.

Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
