Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Yamanashi

Se tenia cerca 3 tiendas combini (7-Eleven y 2 FamilyMart), varios bares y 3 restaurantes con rica comida. A veces en las noches los clientes de los Bares si hacían algo de ruido pero era minimo lo que se escuchaba y era por poco tiempo. Está a 3 minutos caminando de la estación del metro, por lo que es muy conveniente. Los únicos dos puntos malos seria la regadera es muy pequeña, si eres una persona ancha vas a batallar un poco a la hora de bañarte, y el otro que no está relacionado con la casa es la lejanía con el centro de Tokio, que está a 1:30 hrs aproximadamente de distancia usando las líneas semi-express del metro, pero con el costo-beneficio ese tiempo de transporte es aceptable. En lo personal volvería a hospedarme con Nomad.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful kawaguchiko apartment. Place was exactly as described and in prestige condition. Close to all Mt. Fuji hot spots and a feel safe neighborhood. Definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Chiyo was very helpful recommend some places and air bnb is very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Strongly recommend to stay at Hirabe's place. We enjoyed our stay in Hirabe's place. Hirabe was really really a Superhost. She was very responsive to our questions and responded promptly. She even helped us to arrange our luggage delivery from Tokyo to her place and the other way around. She gave clear instructions on how to find her place, open the key box, and enter the room. The room had sufficient amenities and two heaters that helped us stay warm during cold nights. As a bonus, we could see Mt.Fuji clearly from just outside our room. We were thankful having Hirabe as our host.

Host is very friendly and responsive. The place is beautiful and quite modern. There are good restaurants nearby as well.

Great place. Convenient at all. Masa-san is so responsive. We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights with 1 infant. Its close to highway drive to Niigata for snow and Tokyo for leisure. Its about 300-400 meter to train station but as we are driving own car so we not yet try. Terima kasih Masa-san! 🇲🇾 🇯🇵

Excellent place to stay! Konbini and train station is just a 4 minute walk and the room is very cozy. Great host and very accommodating, I recommend it!

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, with a big fridge and and very clean comfortable surroundings. The host was responsive and kind. The wi-fi was great too!

We had a nice time and slept very well in the amazing beds. The hosts even gave us a late check-out, which we appreciated greatly. However in our opinion the room is a bit overpriced as the accommodation itself is quite simple.

Very helpful host , the house would be a bit hard to find at night but once you find it, you feel right at home , very friendly and responsive host that will help you with anything you need

whole family stayed there for three nights. Convinient location and closed to subway. All directions can find easily and very reasonable price for this vacation aprtment unit.

Nobu's place was at a great location with many eateries and a mega don quijote within walking distance! It was also only 30mins or so drive from Fujikawaguchiko which was what we wanted as we wanted to get out of the touristy area to get more of a local feel. The flat itself was basic, got what you needed, nothing more, nothing less, was also relatively clean. We were only there to sleep so no real complaints. It was good value and we will stay here again.

The unit was perfect for our little “slice of life” experience in Japan. Mari was super helpful for providing extremely detailed check in instructions and how to find the place. The place was very cozy for 2 people and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the hot water and the comfy linens on the bed. I really appreciated all the drying hooks for when we did laundry (washer is on the front porch). Everything was clean upon arrival and 2 L of water was provided by the host. She was very responsive and attentive, I felt relaxed staying at this place. It is about 12 minutes to Manazuru station making this convenient to explore other areas like Odawara and Hakone. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home and beautiful location, couldn’t fault it!

If you’re not used to traditional Japanese futons on the floor, it’ll be weird for you. The place is great, very Japanese. Location is awesome. The town is far outside Tokyo enough to be quiet, while being close enough to Shinjuku. The train is literally right outside the room. If you don’t like noise, it’ll bother you. If you can not let things get to you, its great. Rickie’s great at communicating. Anytime I had a question he was on it. Very respectful. Wifi works well. I wish I stayed longer.

숙소는 깨끗했습니다만 낡았습니다. 커튼 봉은 자꾸만 떨어져 곤란했습니다. 전자레인지가 숙소에 있는 것은 매우 편리했습니다. 하지만 드라이기와 비데가 없는 것은 매우 불편했습니다. 숙소의 크기가 작아 딱 두명이 누우면 꽉 찼지만 불편할 정도로 작지는 않았습니다. 온수와 난방도 잘 작동하였습니다. 건물은 게이오 전철의 기찻길 옆에 있어 새벽 1시경까지 소음이 있었고, 새벽 5시부터 다시 시작되었습니다. 하지만 잠귀가 밝은 편은 아니라 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 건물이 매우 낡고 숙소 코앞에 폐가가 위치해있어 밤에는 음산한 기운이 느껴집니다만, 지나다니는 사람도 몇몇 있고 도로와 가까워 치안의 문제는 전혀 없습니다. 숙소는 히노시에 위치해있는데, 사실 도쿄 23구와는 정말 멀리 떨어져있습니다. 하지만 주변에 위치한 다카하타후도역에서 게이오선이 신주쿠역까지 특급열차로 이어주어 도쿄 시내까지의 이동시간은 대략 1시간정도 걸립니다. 또한 걸어서 30분 거리에 가와구치코로 향하는 츄오도 히노 고속버스 정류장이 있어 후지산 인근으로의 이동도 편리했습니다. 역내에 쇼핑센터가 있고, 앞에 상권이 작게나마 형성되어있어 식료품을 구매하고 간단한 식사를 하기엔 좋았습니다. 편의점과도 매우 가까웠습니다. 호스트는 연락을 잘 보지 않습니다. 하지만 필요한 정보는 잘 제공해주았습니다. 전체적으로 만족스럽지만, 12월 28일부터 1월 1일까지의 극 성수기에 예약한 숙소이니만큼 평시보다 높은 가격으로 예약했습니다. 이러한 시기에 하루 ¥9000 정도의 가격은 합리적이었지만, 평시에 이 가격이라면 묵을 것 같진 않습니다.

I enjoying my staying in Josie Airbnb. As always she was friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and without any clatters. I am satisfied with her hospitality.
