We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

We loved our stay at the penthouse. It was exactly as shown/described. Super clean and comfortable. The house is decorated very nicely and it has all the essentials needed. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it! Thank you!

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable the apartment was clean. It was very cosy! I thought it was really nice that they had provided shampoo and conditioner too which I didn’t realise I forgot mine until I went to get a bath! Really nice touch. The hosts were super helpful. The neighbours were lovely too! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you again!

Pauline’s place is in the perfect location next to the North Pier with beautiful views of the sea and the most amazing sunsets. We worried about the noise after reading some reviews but the noise from the bars downstairs wasn’t too bad and certainly didn’t disturb our sleep or disturb us when we were watching tv. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed and we would definitely stay again if we ever return to Blackpool.

450 Marine Road East apartment 3 is a two bedroom 2 bathroom property with 2 sofa beds in the living room. If you need to use the sofa beds extra bedding must be asked for in advance. A big advantage is dogs being allowed to stay so we took our little Bedlington terrier. We found that the location was excellent to walk along to central Morecombe in 25 minutes. We had fantastic bowl of chowder in the Bath bar which is dog friendly. In the evening Bare village is right around the corner where there is a dog friendly bar called the Little Bare. The views of the coastline are stunning and ever changing. We loved waking up and having breakfast at the table next to the bay window. The colours and sunset are very impressive. We loved the decor in the apartment and found it had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication from Alex and Helen. We’ll be back!

We stayed here with our 5 year old daughter and had such a lovely time. The apartment was spic and span with all amenities considered. Beds were super comfy, we slept like logs. The balcony was the cherry on the cake with amazing views of the beach. Thanks Holly, we will definitely book again with you for our next trip to Blackpool.

We stayed at Jonathan and Lindsay’s place for 3 days for our business trip in Blackpool:) The accommodation is spacious, cosy and wonderful! Everything we need is within reach and best of all we absolutely love the living area and the lovely kitchen, and it’s perfect for us to relax and have a good time together after a hard day’s work!! 14 of us stayed for my hen do and we had the best time! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was perfect, spotless & had everything we could’ve needed. Communication was great, even responding to my bridesmaids when they were planning surprises or earlier check in. The beds were comfy, everyone slept well and there was so much space! It was a perfect location to travel into Liverpool for a night out and an easy walk to Crosby beach. There’s also shops & bars in walking distance. The area was peaceful with lots of parking spaces. I need to find another excuse to be able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . I booked this for my disabled brother, his disabled friend and a carer. Very modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to visit all the amenities in Blackpool and far enough away to relax after a busy day sightseeing. They can’t wait to go back next year!

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

Lovely little flat with just all the basics for a short stay. Walking distance to plenty of shops and nice restaurants. Only stayed for one night but was perfect for what I wanted (shower eat sleep and head home the next day) easy to find and very clear instructions from host and clear instructions inside regarding bins WiFi ect. Had a small issue with the shower draining but other than that no complaints. Handy little yard form my dog through a door in the bedroom.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

A very comfortable stay in a quiet location. Great location for exploring all of Blackpool. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was a great base for our one night, and I think it’ll be fine for two to three days too. If there are five staying it could be tight for space in the lounge area, so not the best if you need to spend a lot of time inside, but if it’s just to sleep it’ll be fine.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.
