I stayed here with my family and dog while visiting Waterloo. Monique was very easy to communicate with and her place was cozy and met our needs. There is no visitor parking in the building anymore so we had to park on the street, which was just behind the building. Would recommend unloading at the rear of the building as there is no stopping in the front of the building (I learned that via a $60 ticket..:(. This aside, Monique's place was great, especially because she allows for pets. Would stay here again!

I recommend this place to anyone want to stay in Downtown Kitchener. Many great restaurants and bars are 15 min walk. The place have huge windows with beautiful night view. TV had netflix, comfortable sofa, kitchen and everything you need.

The place was very cozy and clean. The fireplace was great and added extra charm to the place while keeping the temperature perfect. There were plenty of great restaurants around, and the place was very clean. I would recommend a stay at Deborah's place.

I went for a business trip and stayed for two weeks close to my workplace. The place is very close to the university and great restaurants around. Prince is a wonderful host.

Godson was exceptional. He is friendly and relatable. Communication was great, and he was always there to assist. I was treated like a brother and not as a guest. He assisted me with a couple of things that I will never forget. He drove me to places that I needed to visit and assisted in every way necessary. He really went out of his way to help. He truly made my stay memorable, which made me not feel like leaving. I went in as a guest and came out as a brother and a friend. He is a great guy, and I highly recommend his place. Thank you, Godson; you are a great guy.

I had a great stay at Andrew and Josie’s place. They always responded quickly, and helped me with anything I requested over the past couple months. Their place is very cute, and set up with all the necessities. The neighbouring apartments are all friendly as well. And it’s a good location, walking distance to the bus stops and close to the university.

The hosts were very responsive and supportive during our stay. As soon as we reported of a challenge with TV it was relsced with a new one. Itwaaa food and serene place we will come again

This home is stunning. The neighbourhood is beautiful. Short distance to major roads. Furniture and beds are all comfy and current. Driveway parking was great. An amazing home. Will definitely be requesting it for future trips

Maureen is an amazing person! I spent 6 months in her Airbnb and it was like being at home! Her sons are great people, always ready to help you! With Maureen I spent some beautiful moments that I will never forget! The house is super comfortable and suitable for all needs! His dog Mickey is super adorable, as well as the cat Gracy! If you want to find a quiet place, in an excellent area I recommend it

Kathryn is a lovely person and her home is very cozy. I felt like I was staying with family. My little dog and I stayed for the weekend and he was very comfortable there with Kathryn dog-sitting him. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We will definitely be staying with Kathryn again.

This a beautiful place to stay. It gives you absolute sense of freedom and everything else that you might need. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful in every possible way. Great location, peaceful area, but close to all amenities. Once you are within an oasis and ten minutes walk gets you close to everything, to the jungle. Very clean, well stocked for my needs, extremely comfortable bed and couch, great water pressure. And a lovely neighborhood! Very pretty walks and parks just around the corner.

Nice and quiet place, depending on your needs I like the location, we had good communication, I recommend this place, we were able to take the bus near the house.

Cheryl is a nice and wonderful person I really like her because she is very friendly and welcoming. infact I will recommend her place to anyone, At a point I didn't feel like a traveler at cos she made me feel as if am in my own home

It was a pleasant and warm experience during my stay at cameron's airbnb. He drove me from the airport to the airbnb which was very helpful especially after a long flight and explained everything in detail about the apartment and surroundings. Introduced me to his wonderful pets who were very friendly during my stay and it was also very easy to get groceries,beer and everything you personally need in the nearby plaza just infront of the apartment. A GO station nearby makeing it convenient to visit Toronto. Nice room and comfy bed, overall pretty chill guy and a good host who values your needs and privacy.
