Stayed at Cirilyn's property and the space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had every amenities. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions yet peaceful and private. Loved the guide with great recommendations.

Great location close to supermarkets, pubs, clubs and the sports stadium. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had staying, clean and had everything we could need for a 4 night stay. It would be great for a large family or multiple families wanting to stay together. Hosts were helpful and check-in was super easy! Fully recommend and would stay here again.

4.5 stars easily. Lucy was a super awesome host. Very responsive and allowed me to check in a day early. She warned us of ants from the recent wild cyclonic weather. The yard was nice and big and green. The house was awesome. Heats up easy so recommend having the fans and aircon on. The amenities were good. Some needed cleaning due to ants. The deck being enclosed or open was awesome. Allowed us to keep our dogs crated and safe and in view. Beds were comfy too. I’d honestly LOVE to come back here again. It was such a lovely stay. I really enjoyed it. Only reason for the half star loss is just because even though the dogs weren’t allowed inside, I’m assuming someone before us did because there was fur all over the rug (before our dogs even left the car and they were never inside per host request) and dirt in bathrooms and laundry. The ants can’t be helped after the recent floods and what not. The back door onto the deck is a bit hard to move and we were worried we might break it.

Great stay! Convenient for road trip along the coast

Beautiful getaway location. My kids commented "this house reminds us of the islands". 3 minute walk to the beach and so peaceful with lovely surroundings. Frank is a awesome host, kept us informed and made sure everything was comfortable with our stay. 100% reccomend for anyone wanting to escape the busy city rush for a few days!

Great location close to cafe and beach and in a quiet area. Our two dogs enjoyed their stay too and the dog beach was a few minutes walk away. Very good communication and was an easy check in. Place was spacious and clean.

The home was neat tidy and gave us room for relatives to drop in. Appreciated the cot and high chair being available. Price, I thought, was a little high but was the only one available with the space and bedrooms we required.

From start to finish I just LOVED this place! Michelle was extremely friendly and responsive, the decorating she has done is nothing short of impressive. I wish I had of stayed longer, her welcoming of dogs is second to none. Thanks Michelle for providing such a great/cosy half way stop on our trip🤩💕🐾

Emma’s place was lovely and the view fantastic! All the little touches are really nice, especially the extra pillows and different thickness/firmness of pillows! She was quick to respond to us and let us know asap that we'd left behind a charger. Great host - if you’re reading this review, please stay here!!!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

Beautifully renovated place with nice kitchen and comfy bed. Great location. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!

This is a fantastic studio with an incredible blend of retro and industrial touches. It also boasts a full sized kitchen except for the mini fridge. It also has a great selection of DVDs to pick from that we couldnt help but to contribute to, to help fill out the collection even more. The studio is 5 minute walk from the main street so its a quiet location while remaining close to the centre of town. Quite possibly the perfect location for staying in Bellingen. Highly recommend

Spacious apartment close to the CBD. Very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. The apartment came with private, undercover parking. Two bedrooms, very sparse. Seperate Bathroom and toilet. Kitchen was fully stocked, even with treats for us. Which was greatly appreciated. Tan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Great local recommendations and she allowed for an early check-in. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

A beautiful and well appointed apartment right in the middle of town but so quiet. We loved every aspect and will definitely return. Michael and John were easy to deal with and even upgraded us to a larger apartment which was very generous. Nothing to complain about, just book it.

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

Thank you so much Ken for such a comfortable stay at your beautiful apartment & thank you also for the welcome chocolate (this was appreciated and enjoyed following a long day of travelling) The apartment was so well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had a couple of days with heavy rain so didn't get to venture out but this wasn't an issue as the apartment set up made it so easy to relax while enjoying the amazing views. From relaxing in the pool, followed by a spa in the main bathroom to cooking a BBQ while enjoying the stunning views, comfortable beds, fabulous water pressure in the shower and not to mention the beautiful cross breeze that flows throughout the apartment on a warm day (as the name suggests - Seabreeze, you definitely get this), we felt so relaxed at the end of our 5 night stay. For future visits to Nambucca Heads, we have now found our favourite place to stay. Thanks again.

Five of our family stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs and the location was excellent. The view was amazing. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Location location location Perfect spot to walk to the beach and the Main Street. Super quiet, plenty of space in the unit and everything you need in the unit. Had a lovely stay.

Grace’s place was impeccably clean, very welcoming, fully equipped and the beds were so comfortable. It’s a quick 2min drive to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been to in Australia (only 450m to walk, but too hilly for our aged mum).
