A really fantastic place to stay. Every member of the family loved it. This was a house that you wanted to hang out in and felt really home from home. High quality and immaculate. Loved the location and the peace and quiet!

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Perfect location to explore the area, especially for the Maritime Festival which was right outside and a great atmosphere. Very well equipt house and felt home from home. The only thing I would say is that the floorboards upstairs are very noisy and the bedroom doors squeak so might not be the best for light sleepers, didn't bother us too much as had young children so we knew when they got up in the night 🤣🤣

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

We visited with a small group of friends to spend a long weekend here to do some walking in Exmoor - what a find! The house is so beautiful and the views are breathtaking from all the front windows. It was a great space to hang out and relax and accommodated us all with ease. The house has a restful, happy ambience - we were sad to leave. A special place indeed. We'd love to come back some day if its still available. Sally was a great host and very welcoming.

Thanks you Rachel for a lovely family weekend stay at Sunspan. The property was beautiful with everything we needed for a very enjoyable break. Just a short walk from the beach for the grandchildren and also for meals and drinks at the local restaurants. It was a weekend to remember & I'd thoroughly recommend the property to anyone wanting a quality, peaceful weekend on the North Cornwall coast.

Had a fantastic time with all my family, had everything you could possibly need and more!, games room was fantastic! Hot tub with the most amazing view, Huge dinner table was lovely to have all the family have a meal together. Everything was clean and smells great, so much space ! Neil was extremely responsive, would definitely book again

We had a fabulous stay at Capella. It's a beautiful house in a great location and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place, great interior with beach style decorations. Toys in the 2nd bedroom. Very clean and well presented house. Perfect sea view, close to the main club house where all the action is, also close to the main park. Cute welcome package of necessities, which was very helpful as we got there late on the Friday night.

Great house in lovely location. Layout suited us well (2 families with kids and grandparents). Washing facilities proved very useful. Pool rota worked well and there was always a time available that suited us (open 8am-7pm). Host responded quickly. Lacking house guidance but not a problem and host responded to advise. Note access into house could be an issue for less able and push chairs-steep steps to front and lowest step broken away (advised host so this might get fixed). Rear access via steps and narrow sloping and muddy path. Parking to rear -you block in your other car. Parking spaces not spacious but adequate. We loved it thank you Beach Retreats!

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the chalet and Jen and Nat as hosts. We had a small issue the first night and they replied immediately to resolve it and were friendly, helpful and apologetic. The chalet is in a great location on the holiday park, leading out onto a green, and a 1 minute walk from the main clubhouse and playground so it was ideal for us as a family. Would highly recommend.

Great house in a perfect location to walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean with everywhere well equipped. This was our second visit and we will return again soon. Cori is a great host who is very helpful and does everything she can to ensure you enjoy your stay.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Combe Martin. We were attending a wedding locally (in February) with our Toddler, new born, grandparents and their dog in tow! The cottage was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for all of us. It’s cozy and the setting is beautiful which turned what would have been a short flying visit into a wonderful family holiday. Not a lot is open locally in the depths of winter in Combe Martin but our toddler lived exploring the beach and rock pools regardless of the temperature and we loved strapping the kids into their carriers and yomping up some of the local hills. Zandra was so friendly, helpful and informative - which really aided with the stress of travelling with a newborn. We have already discussed returning - when the weather is a bit warmer!

Amazing property - gorgeous open plan space great for a family holiday. Amazing little village that felt like a trip back in time. Gorgeous old tennis court with a view of bluebells and where you can hear the lambs. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a rentable sauna/surf hire. The host was so helpful - even bringing over ingredients I had forgotten to buy for my Easter roast. I could not recommend this more - we will be back!

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Caroline and Richard’s place in Croyde. Our dog absolutely loved the garden and we enjoyed how beautiful and airy the home was. The balcony area with seating was enjoyed almost every evening and the walk to the beach was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating - allowing for a couple of surprise guests to stay half way through the originally booked stay. I am very grateful for this - it made the whole stay even more special. We will 10000% be back. We love the space and how cosy it was but also how open and bright. Wish we could have stayed forever! A beautiful walk to the beach and a lovely walk to The Thatch and the centre of Croyde. A must stay. We loved it and are thankful to both Caroline and Richard for their hospitality. We cannot wait to be back!

Myself and my fiancée stayed at the Banyan over the Easter weekend for a relaxing getaway, and our stay has been nothing short of this. We were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home instantly. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described - if not better! Alex & Jules were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect too, close to great restaurants, shops, and some great beaches! The recommendations from the hosts were perfect and gave us a great idea on what to do and were to eat. We especially appreciated the little personal easter touches that made the space feel like home. We definitely will be coming back here and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
