We had a lovely couple of days in Cheriton Bishop at this property. The property itself sits in a beautiful location, the views from the decking/balcony are out of this world. the caravan itself was immaculate, laid out perfectly and the decor was lovely. It was pristinely clean and had all the tools you needed for a comfortable stay. We made use of the pool with our 3 year old which was 26degrees, and had it all to ourselves. The park itself is very quiet which was nice for us. We were offered the use of the games room which we are told had a pool table and other things to do but we didn't have time so can't comment on that. The bedrooms are very comfortable, most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a caravan!! We will definitely go back, maybe for a bit longer next time! Marian was always on hand whenever you needed her and was such a lovely lady! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

As a multi-generational group of eleven - ages ranged from 3 years to 84 - we had a wonderful few days in The Manor farmhouse. Upon arrival there was a warm welcome from Andy. The Manor is a friendly, comfortable, welcoming house that wraps itself around you. It's very homely. There’s an amazingly well-equipped kitchen and it was a joy to stand at the island in the conservatory prepping meals while looking out at the wonderful view. Everyone slept well in lovely bedrooms which are beautifully appointed. An amazing swimming pool and a games room provided fun for children and adults. Feeding the animals with Ruth on the Sunday morning of our stay was a high point for the children. A relaxing, restful time was had by everyone – The Manor is a truly wonderful place which gave us all some lovely memories. Ruth and Andy are providing something very special – their high standards are clearly reflected in the accommodation and all that is on offer at Woodlands Manor Farm.

Awesome location and great country walks. Fantastic to have a swim and sauna after a brilliant country walk from the property. Very peaceful and quiet.

Could not have asked for a better stay , the open space as well as the calmness as well is amazing. The children toys is such a big plus.

Great house in lovely location. Layout suited us well (2 families with kids and grandparents). Washing facilities proved very useful. Pool rota worked well and there was always a time available that suited us (open 8am-7pm). Host responded quickly. Lacking house guidance but not a problem and host responded to advise. Note access into house could be an issue for less able and push chairs-steep steps to front and lowest step broken away (advised host so this might get fixed). Rear access via steps and narrow sloping and muddy path. Parking to rear -you block in your other car. Parking spaces not spacious but adequate. We loved it thank you Beach Retreats!

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

We stayed in this home during our vacation, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The interior design was warm and elegant, with cozy and practical furnishings. The location was perfect—very quiet and offering an ideal atmosphere for relaxation. All amenities were available, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed internet and excellent heating, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, making us feel completely at home. It was a truly special stay, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility in a great location. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

Wonderful apartment (bigger than expected from the photos), in a fantastic location! Great communication from point of booking, and right through to our entire stay. Will definitely visit again!

Very clean, and spacious. The location was perfect for us and we loved the swimming and games room. The staff was also really helpful whenever we needed anything.

Great apartment complex right by the beach. The flat was very clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a very kind welcome package (milk, Easter eggs - thank you!). We felt right at home. Views of the sea, comfy beds, a pool + sauna. Very good management, friendly staff and very straightforward to engage with. A nice personal touch by the owners too, with a whole guide full of fab recommendations. We will definitely be back if they’ll have us!
