An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. We loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. Very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was also in a great location for getting around town. It was about 20 min from the Renaissance Faire and 10 from very good restaurants and grocery stores. A great backyard and communal space too.

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

This was our 4th time staying at The Cottage Grove Haus. So there is something to be said for that. Mike is an amazing, generous host. We're so lucky he shares this gem. The place is always so clean and fresh smelling! It's the perfect getaway from the city. Always a fun relaxing time. Thanks Mike!

What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Great location, right in walking distance of Main Street and plenty to keep you busy. The home itself is very clean and has a beautiful bathroom set up with terrific running hot water. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely book again! :)

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

We had a great stay at Blake and Brenda’s place. Very comfortable and sparkly clean. The apartment is in a very walkable area to all restaurants, shops and beautiful Corona Del Mar beach. Nice little cabin. Looked a lot bigger on the images. It’s actually quite small but we enjoyed our stay.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. There were always sweet touches of Wendy in her home, ensuring we have everything we needed. Everything was modern, clean, and beautiful. Thank you Wendy!

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Love the area very clean I love the view to the lake everything I need it cook my meals.

Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness.
