Stayed with a group of friends to celebrate my wedding. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all seven of us. Host was great and very helpful. Pool and hot tub was really nice. Clean and well stocked. Thank you.

Dwight and co hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They respond promptly and were very accommodating. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and organized! Check out was so easy and simple, we weren’t expected to do the laundry, strip the beds, etc. Very friendly host and a great place! Children and adults had plenty to do at the house. Would highly recommend!

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

Justin is a great host. The place was great for our family. E location was very quiet and close to everything. The drive to the strip was clear and not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pedro’s guest suite was perfect for my trip, my favorite was the shower!!! Everything was extremely clean and looked better in person! Pedro was very active with communication and checked in daily🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 highly recommend to stay don’t hesitate! Another plus was it was Close to strip and easy parking.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. Place was clean and looked as advertised in the photos. Communication with the host was great. Always responded quickly. Neighborhood felt safe and everything we needed was nearby.

I would recommend this to others since it’s not too far from the strip but close enough that you’re not driving forever to get there. I rented this home for several employees traveling from out of town. All employees felt safe, at home and stated it was one of the best places they have stayed (which is saying a lot) I look forward to booking the home again in the future

Very beautiful and cozy home. This is a very peaceful area with nice surroundings and a cool view of Fremont. Right in the middle of EDC and Fremont street. 30min drive to either. Very close if you’re looking into a close AirBnB for EDC. Although there may not be much to do in the area, everything is driving distance. Nothing much around that you can walk to. Provided a good amount of amenities such as a case of Water, Milk, and Snacks.

The host was incredible with any problems we had during the stay. They accommodated and fixed every issue we had. Communication was exceptional. Good space in the home as well. It felt like home. King and queen size beds were comfortable. Loved the shower and that we had a washer and dryer. Great to have a full kitchen as well. Wished the backyard was a little bigger for our dogs but otherwise it was a great stay.

Great place for my family vacation. We were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi just as described. The home was beautiful and the most helpful part was how the owner had the home prepared as far as games, towels, complimentary shampoos, conditioners, and such, and that there were cooking dishes and utensils in the kitchen for me to cook food for my family. The price was great and we would definitely book with this host again!

This resort was greater than expected. Not busy at the pool like most Vegas hotels. Awesome rooms, very spacious with a balcony, full kitchen etc. Free wifi, no resort fee. Close restaurants. Free shuttle to the strip. Highly recommend for the price compared to the strip prices. Will definitely stay again.

Rachel and Sam were wonderful hosts during our trip to Las Vegas. They were very accommodative with our request and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Their place was easy to find, well stocked (in kitchen and other rooms), and clean. It was good that they had games for different age groups which kept our normally distracted 4 year old engaged for longer durations. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed 4 days in Yulias house for the wrestlemania weekend and i enjoyed staying there. Its not far away from the Strip and the airport. The house was clean and i immediately felt at home. Everything was as described. Yulia is a very warm hearted host. She was always there for me whenever i needed help. Whenever i go back to Vegas then i would want to be Yulias guest again. I would recommend everyone to be Yulia's guest. Take car

Beautiful home! We were greeted upon arrival and shown to our room, as well as offered water and refreshments! The hosts are absolutely wonderful with amazing hospitality! Esti’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Me and my friends absolutely loved this house and wished we could have stayed longer. Esti responded immediately to all of my messages and gave very clear checkin and checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Greg’s place was very clean, fancy, just as describe on the listing. He was a great host great communicator very detailed with instructions. I loved that he was always available via txt msg. He also allowed us to stay an hr extra bc our flight got delayed. I would definitely book again and well recommended. Top 10 places I’ve stayed in Vegas.

This was the first time that we stayed in Airbnb and have to say Cindy and Keith (and Kash) are AWESOME hosts! Since day 1 they make you feel at home and as my sister and I said, they were like our adoptive parents for a weekend :) House was always clean, the room was great, clean and had everything to make us feel like home and comfortable. Shared areas were also clean and had everything, also bathroom was always clean. They also helped me out with WiFi because of my work (I really appreciate it) and even Cindy drove my sister and I off to the sphere. We highly recommend to stay with Keith and Cindy if you have the opportunity, we will when we come back to Las Vegas. Miss you guys already, and give Kash a hug from our part. Thank you for everything!!! hope to see you again

Luxury home close to medical/biz, freeway & strip!

It was a great stay. The home washer and dryer was a must. It was very spacious and I love the dishwasher. I was actually looking to purchase a vacation home and the neighborhood and a few other communities in the area is a great area. It’s peaceful, minutes from grocery stores, shopping and attractions. I like that it is a kid friendly community with a nearby park.
