A large dune blocks the ocean but it shelters this location from the wind. Just a short walk up a well maintained wood ramp leads you to a fairly steep embankment to get to the beach. The townhouse was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if our future travels include an overnight stay in Pacific City.

My family and I came for the Eugene marathon and Kathy's home could not have been better! Very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area is very beautiful and walkable. We were very close to the start line of the race which was really convenient. I would highly recommend Kathy's place to anyone traveling to Eugene!

Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

Absolutely a great spot if you want something in the downtown area. Suzanne did a wonderful job of prepping us for the place, and informing us of local go to spots. She was probably one of the most helpful and friendly hosts I’ve ever had in Airbnb. The place was BETTER than the pics as the rooms were huge, beds were comfortable, tv was very large, kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was ideal if you are comfortable with downtown living. Thank you again for everything Suzanne.

A fun getaway with easy beach access- we fell in love with the town and enjoyed walking there via the beach.

Hillary’s cottage was perfect! It was such a quaint little area and the cottage was adorable with every amenity one could think of. The colors and beach theme added to the coziness and overall experience!

This place is exactly as described and just what we needed. It felt peaceful yet is a quick car ride to Eugene's many amenities. As noted in the description, we did occasionally hear the neighbors but they were not at all disruptive

We loved our stay in this townhouse. The place was clean, had tons of extra pillows and blankets, a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, comfortable beds, a hot tub, and a really fun game room. Rockaway beach is small but there are some cute little restaurants and shops (and the best bakery) that are all a super quick, short walk away. And the beach was less than a minute away as well! We would definitely stay at David’s place again. He was communicative and easy to work with.

2nd time I stayed it was perfect

Laura's place is spacious and modern with an amazing view of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was decently stocked and the appliances were modern and great. I loved the open concept kitchen, dining area, living room. The bedrooms are downstairs on the basement level and right next to each other, sharing a bathroom. The second bedroom is more like a "nook" with a curtain, so it's not quite a full bedroom. We booked last minute and even ended up shortening our reservation due to it not being the right fit, but Laura was incredibly understanding and flexible with our situation.

Great home with a well stocked kitchen and very clean. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and could still listen to the ocean waves from the bedrooms every night. Very pet friendly, and loved the extra touches for the pets.

Stayed here for the Eugene marathon and it was perfect for that. Some of the college kids were a little rowdy the night before but nothing outrageous. Clean. Comfortable beds. Off street parking. Only a couple blocks to Hayward.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. It accommodated our group of six perfectly, with plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Lovely stay in this peaceful retreat - nearby great restaurants, outdoor activities and quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here with our two cats. Very spacious, clean and stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again when we visit Beaverton again! Erin was a great host - super friendly, responsive and kind!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eli & Jess’s house. While not the first stay for us at this property, I’m amazed at how pristine the accommodations are every-time we’ve been back to visit. Bathrooms, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Living Room - all well furnished while being free of clutter and yet still giving a cozy vibe!

This little condo was perfect for my holiday visit to see my family. The location is great: very close to freeways (but not too close to hear), easy to get to Downtown Vancouver or Portland. There are stores (Fred Meyers has anything you could want) and restaurants nearby, especially McMenamins, which I always hit anyway when I'm in town . I love the waterfront walk which is only a few steps away. The condo had all the amenities I needed in the kitchen. There were a few things that I didn't like, 1. The air traffic to PDX was directly over the condo. This could be very loud at times but from what I understand depends on the weather pattern (I was there in winter). 2. I didn't like the rain, which has nothing to do with the property but kept me from enjoying morning coffee on the lovely patio (though I still got a couple of mornings in when it wasn't raining so hard). 3. I mention this for the elderly or those with bad knees, there's steep steps, 19 of 'em, to get in/out of the condo.

We had a girlfriend‘s getaway weekend for wine tasting. Anita‘s wine country townhouse was the perfect spot in Carlton. We were able to walk to quaint breakfast places, fabulous lunch spots, and some local tasting rooms as well as a very short drive to several vineyards. Her townhouse was so comfortable and fabulously decorated. We will definitely request to stay there again if we get a chance to return to the Willamette Valley area.

Had a mini ladies weekend with 3 of us; Victoria’s place was so peaceful, quiet, and lovely to stay at! The whole place is cozy, warm, and welcoming. Everything was very clean and organized. It’s at the end of a street, so no traffic or other various outside noises to worry about. We had a wonderful time; I’d highly recommend staying here! Also, Victoria was responsive and helpful. I hope we can come back one day!

This place was perfect for our family getaway! Our daughter lives in Florida and was at Nike corporate for a few days so we got to spend the weekend with her hiking, biking, and enjoying the area! Elizabeth’s place is beautiful!! Loved being able to walk to the food truck place, and we had a wonderful dinner at the Italian restaurant for our daughter’s birthday! We would come back here again!

We had a great stay at Tom’s place. We were two families with 3 toddlers in total and had plenty of space with the two king bedrooms, two levels, and awesome kid room upstairs. The location was right in town and a short enough distance to the beach that our kids could easily walk or be carried there. It was very quiet and safe, and the house was comfortable and well appointed. We wished we could have stayed longer!

I would say that the only real negative would be the noise from the street in the master. It is a busy street. Cars drive awfully fast as well so we had to get used to pulling out of the driveway. And not the best location but we were aware of this prior to booking. The furniture is a bit dated. Kind of felt like staying in your grandma's house. But it was also part of the charm. Huge TV was a big plus as well as a nice set up in 2nd bedroom. Grandma never had that going for her. Or the fact that it is a smart TV. Kitchen was fully stocked and great selection of coffee for the morning. Laundry inside the unit was a plus. Communication and directions from the host was excellent. Would stay there again.
