Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Situated on a beautiful property with chirping birds and nature all around. It's ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stays if desired. The guesthouse is private with everything you need including a new comfortable Queen mattress and pillows, a functioning mini-kitchen, and sliding glass doors that look out onto the pool and west lawn. Ideal for guests that love birds, dogs, and a little nature getaway that’s still close to town. Pool is only available during the summer months.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

Magical Cob House Retreat + Garden & River Nearby

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw, just like they did centuries ago. This cozy, retreat offers a peaceful escape into nature with all the comfort & privacy you need to unwind. Inside, with a queen-sized bed, a AC/Heater and coffee & tea & snacks. The hot tub to soak under the stars. Between each stay, the space is saged to refresh the energy and welcome you anew. Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed.

Very clean and Entire house available to guests, second house on property. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Fresh eggs collected by host daily are for sale in the farm store. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.
