Excellent location and had all you need for a beautiful stay at the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Appreciated how pet friendly the place was and yet super clean. Must stay here if visiting the area!

What a gem this place is! The view is stunning, and you could not be closer to the beach and grocery story (3 min and 1 min walk, respectively). The pool is great, and you also enjoy the view of the bay while lounging there. We stayed with our 2 kids, including our 1 year old, so having the pack-and-play and high chair was very helpful. The closet is stocked with all that you need for the beach, including sand toys, a beach wagon and chairs. We look forward to coming back soon!

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Great property and location. Felt very private and cozy. Lovely view of the waterway from the screened in balcony. Peaceful. Only regret was that we were only there 1 night!

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Sitting on the deck looking at the view was my favourite thing to do here. It’s really close to bars, restaurants and shops- and the beach! The listing says there aren’t any direct water views from inside the unit- I’m not sure why it says this as you can sit on the sofa in the lounge and look at the water, the bedroom can also see it, albeit partly obscured. This place is 10/10 for me and I wouldn’t hesitate returning

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. We had a fantastic long stay at this large home in Ruskin. From our adult children to college friends, there is room for everyone, and something to do for anyone! I loved that everyone could have their own room and there is plenty of space to find a quiet corner to read or watch your favorite show. We spent time playing ping pong, pool, and shuffleboard. We spent many hours sitting by the water looking for wildlife (dolphins, manatees, birds, lizards, snakes, etc), fishing, enjoying the pool, or appreciating the shade of the screen porch. The kitchen is large and easily accomodated us all cooking or prepping snacks and meals. And, we could all sit together at the table for dinner, which was great! Heather was a great host and always responded quickly when I had a question. We had a great stay at this quiet, peaceful home in Ruskin!

House was in a great location 20-30 minutes away from Tampa airport and all surrounding beaches. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby within 5-10 minute. Location felt safe. House was clean and spacious. Main shower was a little difficult to use but worked well. Having the waterfront was great for sunrises and sunsets and having the pool was nice when we didn’t want to be around crowds. Family friendly. Would recommend and would stay again when revisiting the area.

Beautiful, well maintained and stocked property(toilet paper, trash bags etc)!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool! The beds were comfy home was clean and comfortable! Didn’t hear a complaint from anyone! We loved that the home was located walking distance to restaurants!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

An amazing stay! Stacy was so helpful and responsive. The house was so beautiful and was equipped with everything you could need. We hung outside most of the weekend in the beautiful backyard. The pool was amazing, beds comfortable, and so peaceful. Love to return for another stay.

We had a great stay! I rented the place for myself and my two daughters (13 and 7) for a week, and everything was smooth and enjoyable. The views and location were beautiful. My older daughter had a swim meet in St. Petersburg, about 25 minutes away, and the drive was easy. We visited Upham Beach, just 10 minutes away. The pool area was our favorite, great views, a nice breeze, and plenty of seating. Urzula provided beach towels, which was super helpful. The hot tub was relaxing, and we loved the rinse-off area by the pool. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. I enjoyed cooking with the water view, and the oven didn’t heat up the space. My older daughter used the bedroom, and I shared the easy-to-set-up sofa bed with my youngest. Urzula was very responsive and updated our booking when we needed to arrive a day early. Check-in was smooth, and parking felt safe. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! David's listing was in a great location, very close to Anna Maria Island. The views are as the picture shows, and there is plenty to do in the area. The bikes provided were a bonus to explore the at least two nearby preserves and hiking trails. There are nearby public beaches, one is on the other side of the island and can possibly be biked to and the others are right over the bridge into the island. I appreciated David's responsiveness when I had questions. He was helpful and wanted to make our stay enjoyable.

The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony & patio. We visited Tarpon Springs and attended the RV show at the State Fairgrounds in Tampa and had very little trouble navigating around. We also walked across the parking lot to Doc Ford’s and enjoyed a nice dinner there. We would stay here again.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!
