We enjoyed our stay at Diana’s apartment. She’s always responsive with her communication, which made everything smooth and easy.

对于之前在澳洲呆过的人来说，这套房源的地理位置应该是综合下来最方便的了，没车的人尤其适合，楼下就有菜市场，超市，药房，餐厅，火车站，房东还配了一个车位，就是按钮不太好按。房源风景很美，很适合花时间好好在屋里待一天。卫生环境也，房东配备了足够的基础用品，但是被套可以换一下形式，太容易掉了。很推荐的房源，再回来还会考虑住这里的：D

I liked the place because it is cozy and got a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Good area to be because parking is free , walking distance to the restaurants and close to the City of Melbourne.

We stay there for 7days, everything is great. However there is one room doesn't have aircon / heater and during our stay the weather is cooling so is ok with just open up the window.

Great place, views are amazing, especially at night...many different Asian style restaurants and stores in the area.. like a little China Town! Pool is fantastic and there is a very hot spa! that wasn't even in the listing.. so added bonus 😀👍.. I recommend staying here.

I am a returning guest of Faye’s and with good reason! I always know that I will feel welcome and that any questions I have are responded to very promptly. This apartment has a wonderful top floor balcony where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, and there’s a great new couch! Secure underground parking use an added bonus. I always enjoy walking around the neighborhood and the convenience of the local shops and restaurants. This is my quiet oasis and I look forward to my next visit. 😊

Wendy is great to deal with. We have now rented from her on a number of occasions and it is always easy, clean, good communication and a great location for our needs. Highly recommend Wendy and her property.

Emily was an outstanding host. She was immediately communicative about a couple of small issues (yes, you guessed, the wi-fi). And she even came over (I think quite a way) to help resolve the wi-fi problem. Emily was also responsive to our dietary interests, making a point of providing the almond milk that we said was a better alternative to dairy for us. So 10 out of 10 for a friendly and responsive host. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens we've ever used on AirBnb. Way above the standard. The complex is on Belmore Road, but in fact, it was a very quiet place to stay as the unit faces a quiet court. And we're fussy about noise.

The room was nice and clean, Hui was easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

Parina was very helpful. The accomodation was very clean and well equipped. Easy access, walk to train and quiet spot.

Great and relaxing place and clean house. Wonderful backyard. Pet friendly and even provided with pet toys. Nice children's play room and Toys. Great place for a family weekend.

We absolutely loved staying at tanglewood!! The cleanliness was amazing, the communication was amazing, any issues we had they were straight onto it in a professional way! The pool was stunning! Our daughter loved it!! Henry was so lovely & super friendly whenever we saw him around the property! Would recommend!

Diana‘s place was perfect for my needs. It was a small but thoughtfully laid out apartment with everything you need for a stay in Melbourne. I was able to walk to my destination and felt safe at night being a woman traveling alone. There were plenty of restaurants with takeout food or sit in, located in the area. Diana was a great communicator and responded quickly if I had a question. I would recommend Diana‘s place when staying in Malvern or Melbourne.

10/10 stay in Kew - great location, very accessible to Glenferrie Road and trams to the city. Place is lovely and was great for our family of four. Leanne is an absolute champion of a host! We will 100% be back!

Good location near transport and cafes/restaurants, short walk to supermarket, property near and tidy with useful inclusions such as basic toiletries and cooking ingredients. Slightly longer response time to queries but as the information provided upfront was thorough, we had no need for urgent communication during our stay.

We love Maddy’s place: exactly what we were hoping for: close to where we needed to be and lots of good places nearby. Maddy was superwelcoming and helpful with our questions. The apartment is great and exactly as described with all amenities. We will definitely be back!

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at Krystle's place. Bill was very friendly and helpful, showed us everything step by step in person. The place was clean and comfortable, along with various amenities. The location was great, with a shopping mall just below and the main streets next to it.
