We came for a quick girls weekend and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and homey we felt here. We loved going to the nearby Woodstock museum and a couple of great restaurants in the area. Sadly, the weather wasn’t great but we hope to come back sometime to enjoy all of the amenities that this home and property have to offer!

Betty was so quick to help when our original location to stay was cancelled. I am so thankful her property was available and how easy she made the process after what we went through!

If looking for peaceful place to relax that’s the best place! Host is very friendly and communicative place is beautiful and the community is very friendly

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hava’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Hava was an incredible host—warm, welcoming, and unbelievably reachable. She responded to every question we had almost instantly, whether it was about check-in details or local recommendations, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Hava’s communication stood out—she checked in to ensure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Her suggestions for nearby spots were spot-on, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, and we’d love to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

A beautiful,peaceful spot and a comfortable home. We enjoyed lounging in the living room with the fireplace the most!

This is a beautiful old house with huge windows and tons of light, beautiful views, and lots of bedrooms and hang out areas so everyone has space. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the entire place was super clean and tidy. There was a good selection of games we could play and music that our family enjoyed. It was also so nice that the house was pet friendly. The only downside was that the house was quite close to the road and my kids really wanted to sled down the hill in the backyard, but there was nothing to stop them from sliding into the road. There is hardly any traffic on the road, though, so noise was not an issue. We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend for big groups or families. We are a 7 person family - teenage kids, parents, grandparents.

A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

The flexibility for Ck in & Ck Out is hard to find. Lots of Clean Space in the house, Very Friendly and helpful People. Would definitely recommend and come back .👍👍

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Cindy's home was immaculate -- we appreciated one of the home rules being no outdoor shoes on in the house! We are big coffee drinkers so we also enjoyed the variety of K-Cups that we had to select from -- we felt right at home. Cindy's home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and it is very close to all of the stores in downtown Honesdale. We were so pleased with our stay that we have already been in communication with her about some future dates when we visit NEPA again!

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Our stay at Tember and Heather’s home was great! The house is very clean and well kept. The hosts are very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. Before our stay I asked for some local recommendations and both Tember and Heather gave me excellent, fast suggestions. Thanks again for the stay, I hope to be back in the near future!

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

We had a great stay! Host was responsive, the house was much bigger than we expected and it was clean. We would stay here again!

Incredible home! We spent the weekend here with our dog. The large fenced yard was amazing for her. The house is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The view is wonderful. The town is less than a 5-min drive, with wonderful cafes, restaurants, a grocery store and some cool shops. Great place all around and a good size for a larger family or small group of friends too. Thanks for a great weekend!

The house is extremely comfortable. The open living area is cozy but large with high ceilings and a tv area, dining area and stools at the kitchen bar. We did not feel on top of each other. The gas fireplace is so nice in the winter and gives off heat as well as creates ambiance. The bedrooms are great with very comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Overall adorable cabin in the Catskills right off of 28 so you can easily get to other areas like skiing and dining. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

2nd time staying here. Love the location and charm of the home. Great escape from NYC offering all you need - huge and well stocked kitchen, warm cozy fireplace, and great property/outdoor space.

This home was absolutely amazing and served its purpose perfectly for our Eastern Regional Conference! The space was incredibly spacious and the bathrooms were lovely definitely a highlight. Our host was extremely responsive throughout the weekend, which made the experience even better. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but as soon as we reached out, he contacted a plowing service who came and cleared the snow so we could move our cars and carry on with our plans. That level of attentiveness was truly appreciated. The jacuzzi was a great time as well. He also allowed us to do a late check out on Sunday so we could enjoy breakfast together before leaving such a thoughtful gesture. We’re already looking forward to booking again!

Thank you for your lovely house in the countryside! It was perfect for the whole family, pups included - quiet, nice yard, set back from a very small road, spacious and beautiful living space, well stocked kitchen, great to have two bathrooms, wonderful carriage trails for walks, close to parks and Woodstock area, and a very friendly host.

I had a great time at Tracy’s place. The house was really new (much better than the photos). Location was amazing!
