We had an amazing 2-day stay! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub — super relaxing and just perfect for unwinding. Great vibes all around, would definitely come back again!

We had such a great time at this cottage over the Family Day weekend! The view of the frozen lake was absolutely stunning, and the place was spotless and super well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the amenities made our stay so comfortable. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna - such a perfect way to unwind! The whole setup made for a fantastic long weekend with friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb/host. Already thinking about coming back in the summer to really take in the outdoors. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This is our second time staying here so please read my review from last year as it has more detail. This place provides a perfect old fashioned cottage experience and reminds me of childhood holidays. We love how easy it is to get here and how peaceful it is when we arrive. The lake is lovely to swim in and the west facing views gave us amazing sunsets. As noted in my first review, the cottage is exactly as described in the listing.

I visited Musselman lake over my birthday weekend. Parham and Ruslana were flexible with my check in time. They welcomed me like family from day 1. I arrived and was met with a warm cup of delicious tea and great conversation. We became like a little family. Cooking together eating together, taking walks together, sharing and really enjoying free flowing conversation. Coffee was waiting for me every morning The space is very quaint and lovely. Parham is consistently dedicated to making upgrades. The place is super clean and cozy On my birthday morning i woke up to coffee cake with a candle and a gift. Which was so thoughtful and kind. That evening they invited me to share dinner with them. I highly recommend staying at this space if you are in the area. The view and the wildlife visits were so breathtaking

We had a wonderful time at Sarah's beautiful, clean and well equipped house. Sarah was very responsive and helpful, and filled the kitchen with everything we needed, including seasoning, cooking and baking items and more. Also, let's not forget the fresh farm eggs and the herbs garden. Beds are super comfortable as well as all other furniture. We enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful garden and the gazebo, also highly recommended for star gazing at night! Thanks Sarah!

We had a pleasant, comfortable stay at Jeasan's place. The lake view was simply superb! You can even hear waves as the lake was just across the road. The house was clean and spacious. Jeasan was quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house, very spacious and well located! Perfect for our family’s Christmas getaway. Beautiful in the winter time, lots of nature around a the small pond freezes. Just like a Christmas movie!

Kelly is a great host and it was a pleasure to meet her during our stay. She arranged for an earlier check in and a late check out due to our stay being for medical reason. She is very proactive and a great communicator and her attention to details didn’t go unnoticed. There was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a welcoming card waiting for us upon our arrival. Our home away from home was as pictured. It was nicely furnished, great decor and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower very modern. The TV included several streaming apps which was definitely a plus. The location is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back again.

Very charming and rustic cottage with a beautiful backdrop. We stared at the lake for endless hours through the window in the sun room, and enjoyed sunsets sitting on the dock. If you have young kids, this place is a dream come true. Between the adorable kids room filled with toys, puzzles and books, the pirate ship play structure in the yard, and the countless water activities, your little ones will have no shortage of things to do. There's also lots to do in the area. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Port Perry, strawberry picking at a local farm, and the numerous parks and beaches in close proximity. I would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning!
