Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Conveniently located beside the town’s best market with fresh coffee, groceries, hot foods with the best wings in town! Your stay here will put you around the corner from Fairmount Shopping Center. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

2 Bedroom House with fenced in yard. 2 miles from downtown Syracuse. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, 1 bathroom, dining room, computer, 3 smart TVS with internet and cable VERY DOG FRIENDLY!! PETS OVER 30LBS MUST BE APPROVED. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. All dogs must also be on flea and tick preventative care. (I have a dog so if are allergic to dog hair, keep this in mind). If more than allowed numbers of pets, message me to approve booking.
