The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Lovely stay at Dennis’ Guest House. The stairs are a bit of a climb, but the sunrise and sunset views from the balcony are stunning. The place feels private, with some noise from neighbors, but it’s quiet inside the room. The beach is just some few minutes walk from the house, there’s a short cut. Iv was a great and very responsive host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! It was spotless, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved its peaceful and private location, and it accommodated our party perfectly. The unit smelled amazing, the amenities were complete, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the appliances worked properly. Every detail was well taken care of, and we were beyond impressed! The caretakers, especially Ate Elena, were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the games that were readily available for us to use and the organized clear book filled with helpful recommendations for guests. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would highly recommend this fantastic place to our family and friends. We would absolutely return here in a heartbeat. Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and absolutely worth it. We arrived earlier than expected (our check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM), but since the unit was already available, Pekka allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted us upon arrival (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful). She took the time to show us around and explain where everything was. Bringing our luggage up was easy too since the building has an elevator. The location is also great—it’s just a short walk to D’Mall. The only minor downside is that e-trikes don’t drop passengers off right in front of Scandi unless it’s a special trip. They usually drop you at the corner, so you’ll need to walk a bit, but it’s manageable. Also, during rainy days, water tends to pool at the corner of the road, which can be inconvenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth it!

Worth every penny you pay for. The location is very accessible and peaceful. Very much recommended for a big group like ours. Overall, this is a great find! 😊

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

Have a nice yard. The location is not too central, and the road at the door is not very good. One of the toilets is outdoor and inconvenient (privacy)，The rest can only be said to be perfect! The price is right at the same time! Of course, the only drawback may be that the landlord's reply is relatively slow! Make preparation time in advance. I don't think this is a problem!

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Very cute place with a ver nice patio. Quite neighborhood. Excellent parking. Very comfy bed, clean and private place. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed . Shirlen knows everything about Sipalay city. She’s super kind and welcoming and accommodating. We only wish we got to stay longer. Would definitely recommend her home if you’re staying in Sipalay.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

Len’s place were super clean, cozy and everything you would need for a short or long stay….I Definitely will book the place again when I’m back in Boracay.

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

This place was great it was slightly far out from D’Mall but there was a bus that was a good price that you could get from right outside the place, it has a 7/11 10 min walk open 24 hours so great for getting little bits and pieces if your feeling lazy you can walk to the private beach it was never busy and very clean you are able to use the other hotels faciltys bars and restaurants etc so you were never stuck for food or drink. The host is very helpful and always responsive would definitely stay again.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Loved this apartment and Ms. Cheryl’s hospitality so much that we decided to stay again. This place is peaceful, with a beautiful view—couldn’t find a better match for us. Thank you for the friendly communication and warm hospitality!

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. Пребывание в данном кондо было замечательным, чувствовал себя как дома. Прямо у выхода из комплекса остановка общественного транспорта, также на речепшине возможно вызвать e-trike. В кондо также имеется небольшой бассейн и тренажёрный зал.
