Had a lovely time staying. House was clean and layout was nice. I would stay at this location again.

We feel honored to have been Hilary’s last guests. as she has sold the property and is moving away. Hopefully, she will get involved again wherever she ends up because she has a wonderful knack for making people feel at home. Her property was beautiful and we know she will miss it, but I am sure there are great things awaiting her in her new landing spot. We really enjoyed our stay at Ya & Diego's home. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and the location was perfect. We were able to get downtown within 8 minutes, Harbor Point was only approximately 10 - 12 minutes, and the new Whole Foods market was 1/2 mile away, so it was very convenient. Diego was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. We look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the yard and pool which will make the stay even nicer!

Exactly what my family needed for a quiet getaway from the city. The huge yard and quiet surroundings were a blessing. Made friends with the woodpecker while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio :) The house is well equipped and kept immaculate. the weather helped in allowing us to both enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, while also enjoying the hammocks. We loved our stay so much that we extended our stay by three days. Susan is a great host and is very thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend this home to anyone ! Looking forward to coming back.,

We loved our stay in Calum's Airbnb! It is a short commute from NYC and conveniently located between two main areas with plenty of grocery store and restaurant options. The home itself is well equipped with an amazing kitchen and many board games - so we were always entertained.

I booked this for my parents. They absolutely loved it. They enjoyed the snow and the place looks beautiful! It is definitely a great stay and we will deficiencies back! The host is super helpful and responsive!

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

A peaceful place to stay. Neighborhood is quiet. You can faintly hear a distant train pass by every now and then, which is relaxing and nostalgic for me. It'll help you fall asleep. The electric heater on the enclosed porch is nice for those chillier days. Home has all of the amenities, and Colleen and Ryan are very responsive, understanding, helpful hosts. Thank you for letting me stay here!

Caroline's B&B, is very clean, well stocked, and very easy to get in and out of. The water pressure is great, and the place is very spacious. If you are staying at Caroline's place while in the city, some things to keep in mind. The mass transit situation leaves a bit to be desired. While there is the Metro North rail close (in context to the MTA subway stations), they have a much less regular schedule than the subways and are at minimum $9 fare per ride (one way). There are subway stops relatively close (4,5,6) within 3 miles, but the Uber fares to get to any one of them will cost anywhere from $21 - $26, each way. McLean ave and Kenotah Ave are great places, again relatively close, to grab drinks and pub fare, but also it costs ya for the ride to and from. My recommendation to combat the travel costs, plan your day accordingly so you when you return you are in and staying. The neighborhood is great, quiet, and peaceful.

I am very excited because of I found this wonderful , cozy and comfortable house! The view from here was amazing 😻 this home is very close from NY city, you need about one hour to get there. 15 minutes away from shopping center. Angie is the great host! Thank you! We had a lovely Thanksgiving stay with our family. After a lengthy car trip with lots of traffic, we were so pleased to walk into a very welcoming space that was open, bright, and extremely comfortable. Additionally it was clearly well appointed and very clean. To top it off, there was a marvelous carrot cake left by Andrea for our enjoyment. When an issue came up, Andrea and Dennis responded promptly and quickly resolved the problem. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again at a later date.

Very nice place inside. Well appointed and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. It is close to a highway, but it felt like a white noise device to us. Beds are comfortable. Everything as stated in her listing, and it is close to a lot of places in Nyack.

Pete's place is nice and clean, easy access in out. was good for my needs. Downstairs apartment is super noisy, kids, dogs and adults to midnight every night noon stop. don't expect quiet! Clean, cute, could use atub mat, washer dryer, insulation or new renters below this bnb.

Lan and Kevin's apartment is spacious and clean.They are amazing hosts who make sure your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible. Great location! We'll be repeat customers for sure! Thanks again!
