The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The space is wonderful for accommodating groups, and my family was very comfortable there. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens great, and everything very comfortable. We loved the backyard. The location in West Richland was great and close to everything we needed to do. It’s a new and growing area, but turned out to be pretty centrally located. It was quiet. It was nice to be in a community but close to shopping and restaurants. It seemed like nothing was more than 15 minutes away. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the hot tub and comfortable living room. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were great. When issues arose they addressed them immediately.

Do not hesitate to book this rental! A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for our overnight stay with 4 adults and a toddler. Much better than a hotel and not much more in cost. (The small walk in closet in the second bedroom was the perfect dark and quiet place for a travel crib!) Well outfitted kitchen, even toddler dishes! Pristine bathrooms with shower basics provided. We did not bring a pet, but the fenced backyard with a dog door would be appreciated by those who do. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Tori, we appreciated your space tremendously, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family recently stayed at Katia's home and had a wonderful experience. After long days at the hospital it was nice to come "home" to somewhere inviting and relaxing. there was plenty of room for the 9 of us to stay comfortably. I whole heartedly recommend this home if you are looking for a place for your large family to kick back and relax.

The house was just as it was in the pictures all the amenities they said they had they did. This house was perfect for what we needed it for it was so specious we had 2 extra rooms but there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and shared bathrooms . I would definitely stay at this house again! The host responded quickly and even allowed us to check in early. Great place for a great price

A serene location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to have access to anything necessary. Such a beautiful home and property. The basement apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everything needed for relaxing, and cooking meals. The beds were comfortable.
