The house is located in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything we needed, plus only 30 minutes from downtown ATL. There is a park with playground and tennis courts right around the corner. Cido’s home was immaculate and had all the needed amenities with a large front yard for our kids to play. He was very responsive and friendly. We really appreciate him opening his home to us and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay as always! Everything was perfect, and the response was very quick in communication. The birds in the back make such a peaceful sanctuary for relaxing. Location and neighborhood are top notch! Hope to book again in the future!

This was my FIRST time using Airbnb so I was SUPER nervous. Marcela was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive even before booking with answering any questions I had. The place is super cute and clean. There were games (my son loved that), a small wine collection, snacks, water and little amenities available when we arrived. The only issue I had which is out of the host’s control is there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood so it doesn’t look the best but you can see the potential. Also, a neighbor is another house next door loves playing his music. Sometimes I enjoyed it because I love a good music break and he had good tunes but it was loud and started at 9am. Overall when I’m in ATL again I will be using one of Marcela’s homes. Definitely worth it.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

I stayed at Drew's place for more than a month. The appartment is so beautiful and it looks like photos. Very clean and nice. 3 TVs and very fast internet. Had everything I need in the kitchen with many utensils and kitchenware, good coffe machine, gas stove/gas oven/ and small toaster oven. <no blender but I had mine> 24 hrs access to well equipped gym/conference room. There is an elevator in the garage if you are carrying lots of stuff. the neighbors are quiet and the ares is peaceful. I was living alone as a female and nobody bothered me or anything a felt safe! There is a desk for studying and dinner table too. Good Sofa. The beds are comfortable. Drew was communicative and friendly via the app chat. Amazon delivers to your appartment door mostly which was amazing. i even ordered Amazon fresh to get water <Preferably before 5 pm so Amazon can access to your appartment door otherwise they put stuff in the mail room which is very close> I recommend this place and this host.

This was a great place to stay to visit family at Ft Benning! Was decently close to everything (food, parks, etc). The host was very responsive and helpful.

The accommodations were Good and I will stay again if I am in the area. The lake was Beautiful and the Gardens around there Home were Beautiful as well !!!

This is wonderful villa with a walk out deck to the lake with an included boat dock. It has great views for watching the sunset from the deck. The property is older but has a comfortable vibe of feeling home amongst the woods and lake.

Nick and Angela were amazing hosts. The place was beautiful, and they were so proactive in making sure we had a great stay. The pool was beautiful, and they even turned the heat on to make sure it was comfortable. They helped us with the hot tub, which was great after a long day at the racetrack. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. 10/10 recommendation for a great homey stay while in Alabama. It was a vacation I did not want to end. I look forward to visiting again, and there’s no other place I’d rather stay.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Lovely home. Had my kids grandkids and my aunt along. Everyone had their own space with bathroom when “familying” got to be a little much. Clean up and check out was super simple. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb over Christmas! The home was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to prepare holiday meals. We were also delighted to find a great selection of board games that provided hours of fun for the whole family. The host went above and beyond by leaving thoughtful gifts for us, which added such a personal and special touch to our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay.

the house was spacious and clean. I would recommend this house for large family gatherings. I would say that the couches can be updated. the couches sink in and sit too low to the floor. the toilets can be updated. the toilets are too low. not good for elderly and guest with bad knees... needing help getting off toilet is no fun..other than that, it's a good location for family gatherings
