I and my son feel very happy and comfortable living there, although the elevator doesn't work, it seems always under fixing. After all, the location is so convenient to everywhere, for example, SOM, Peabody Museum, and Hillhouse Ave. Almost all Yale shuttle lines stopped there. It is a happy time to eat while watching TV news in the living room. The scenery from top of the building is beautiful. We saw the sunrise and snowy town. That is amazing! The neighbors are very friendly. Guest in No. 34 helped us on carrying the luggages. He has a dog with three legs. What a nice and kind young man! In the basement, there is a gym and guests-room with sofas. G cafe closes after 5pm. My friends and I had a talk there which is nice. The Nica's is nearby as well which is very convenient. With Grocery line, we shop at Trade Joe's on weekend to save money. There is a big refrigerator to save food for one week. The door has an electronic lock which is very smart and easy to use. Good to stay!

Great listing, great host. Street below is pretty loud at night even with the windows closed.

Place was good, all was well, close to anything you’d need. The only issue was that I was sent checkout instructions at 11:15 when checkout was at 11:00.

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

The place was small but well supplied, the location was absolutely perfect with a quick walk to the beautiful beach, and Peter was a friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Magical Stay! I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The highlight, hands down, was the serene lake right in the backyard—waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee with that view felt like a dream. We especially loved the complimentary kayaks! Paddling around the lake during sunset was pure magic—calm waters, golden skies, and total tranquility. It felt like our own private retreat away from the world. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super cozy. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a relaxing solo getaway, or a fun adventure with friends, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

Adam and Jen were fantastic to work with and so hospitable. They made every effort to ensure we had a smooth stay, especially since traveling with our 21-month-old. Their home was comfortable and tidy, close to areas of interest, and provided exactly what we needed for a few days in CT. Adam was SO responsive and helpful, it really was above and beyond.

Victoria was a gracious host - always quick to respond, flexible, and willing to assist. Entire process was easy from start to finish. In my opinion, the house was actually better in person than pictured in the listing. We were happily surprised with the cleanliness and comfort. The garage was a nice added value!

We were in town for a wedding. 10 of us stayed very comfortably there. We got the additional basement suite which was fabulous. Centrally located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks and short drives to restaurants and groceries. In fact we never drove more than 7 mins anywhere. Host was responsive and helpful, including assisting us in finding a wallet we left there. Fantastic all round experience. We could not recommend Rockson and his property more highly. Incredible space inside and out. The area is gorgeous, near charming Ridgefield, Wilton and New Canaan town centers. Our family of 7 stayed here and the house had more than enough space. Fun large bonus room with ping pong table, outside fire pit and two generous living rooms gave us lots of room. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We really appreaciated the hospitality and would definately stay again if the opportunity comes up.
