This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite costal walks and views. Award winning beach (Woolacombe sands) , is only a seven minute drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a costal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. Pets will be considered.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Located in the picturesque village of West Down, 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.
