This place was stunning, my family loved being here. Pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

We booked very last minute (on the day) and our hosts were quick to confirm and gave us all the information quickly for checking in. Location couldn’t have been better for surfing at Woolacombe and the outside shower for washing off after and hanging wetsuits was very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you, we will be back!

I had a really lovely stay at Windynook! Mike was very friendly and welcoming - he showed me around, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The accommodation was so cosy and homely, beautifully decorated and furnished with just enough in it to make it feel homely but not at all cluttered. The bed was really comfortable and I slept better than at home! The details were thoughtful, like providing small boxes of breakfast cereal, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped and I had everything I needed, and Mike told me about several local shops and restaurants too. Check in and out was really easy, and Mike, his wife and their dogs were all very friendly - we had a lovely chat on arrival. I felt it was good value for money, because the accommodation was of a high standard and in a nice location, with so many thoughtful details provided. Thanks again Mike, for being a great host! 😊

Thank you for a lovely stay. The place is in an amazing location, two minutes from the sea - you can see it from the bay window in the living room. Everywhere was lovely and clean and great value for money for the size - it’s huge! We loved the quirky layout too. For things to do, we loved the marine aquarium - it’s small but you get to hand feed the fish and hold starfish! The ammonite pavement on Monmouth beach is a must do too. The Lyme Regis museum is absolutely brilliant too. Both my kids loved it despite being very different ages (12 and 6).

We had a lovely few days in this apartment over New Year with our dog. The place is perfectly located for accessing the town and beaches, exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Thanks again!

Beautifully decorated apartment which was very clean and comfortable. Excellent check-in details supplied together with helpful photos so very easy to find. Other than one car trip to Instow, where we walked the picturesque Tarka Trail to Bideford, our car remained in the apartment's allocated parking space until we left.

We had a wonderful time staying at Debbie’s apartment. There was everything we could have wanted there. We were greeted with a warm welcome and Debbie had a vase of fresh flowers in the room, a lovely lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of wine. Such a thoughtful treat for us. The apartment is very clean, a nice comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. There is also a real log burner but we didn’t need to use it as we were cosy without it. The private garden is an added bonus and was a lovely addition to our stay. We will definitely stay with Debbie again

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location for the beach and 10 mins to the village with some lovely pubs. Hot tub was blissful. Tess was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.
