Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We loved staying at Nga’s place. Sophia who we had to contact with any issues was amazing. We ran into a few problems in the beginning but she was quick to respond and take care of it. The pool was very nice. The canal really behind the house was my husband’s favorite place to relax. A lot of wildlife which he really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. I loved the screen in porch with a tv. We definitely would stay again if we came back in this area. I can’t say enough about how great Sophia was. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home !!! And letting us have the option for early check in! I came w my family for a wedding and everything was a few minutes away from here. My dad who does not like traveling and staying at outside areas was super pleased with the home. He was so pleased he was sad to go!! So that alone says a lot. The little gift with the loofahs and toothbrushes were just the touch we needed because everyone didn’t bring their own tooth brushes lol. Thanks again!!!

We spent 2 weeks in Gisele’s home…it was exactly as described. We really appreciated the outdoor space/patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee, utilizing the large bbq and outdoor dining area and ending our days with a nightcap in the enclosed patio. The location was great, centrally located with easy access to beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. We will definitely return when back in the area again. Gisele is a great host.

We really enjoyed the house. The kids loved the pool, the rooms were nice and clean and the garage had a lot of great activities. We spent every night playing games and watching tv together after a fun day of Florida activities.

Enjoyed our stay. Host provided a pack n play. It worked out great for us. Thank you!

We had an awesome spring break at Ari’s place! Very responsive host, kind, and helpful! House was perfect! Pool was incredible for the kids along with the rest of the backyard! Lots of memories made playing pool and roasting marshmallows ! Looking forward to our next trip down to Florida, will definitely look for this place or another one of his properties!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! We had everything we could have needed and our host made everything so easy.

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

Matt was the best at explaining everything and. Was so quick. To respond and answer and questions I had as well as give me great info around the area. Would rent from him again for sure and recommend him to anyone looking for a great place and helpful with any questions you might have.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the beach! Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee while sitting in the window watching the sun come up over the channel behind the condo. Nice docks with spots to launch and store our paddleboards. Couple of furniture/appliance issues that were due for repair/replacement but nothing that was a problem worth bringing up at the time. Bed was firm. Would stay there again.

Sandra is an amazing host. Super responsive and accommodating! Place is nice and cozy with all the little details carefully thought through. Great location close to everything. Highly recommend!

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.
