We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sebago Lake. The area is stunning, with nice access to the water, making it a perfect spot for exploring the surroundings. Colleen and Leo were incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Our visit to Claire and Karen's place was just what we were looking for - a cozy place to nestle in after a busy holiday season. We wanted a beautiful view of a frozen lake that would be in the background while we played family games, watched movies, and hung out, and that is just what we got! The scenery was gorgeous, the home was modern yet cozy, and the neighborhood was easy to get to, yet secluded enough to give us the quiet and privacy we were craving. We had a wonderful post-holiday vacation at Claire and Karen's!

Chip's "Crow's Nest" is a one-of-a-kind gem. Our whole group could not stop talking about how much we loved the place, how we'd be thrilled to have a house like this, and how we can't wait to come back. The property was undeniably perfect for our stay. Even though we got rained out, the "Crow's Nest" had everything we could want. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and anytime we needed something, we just had to turn around and there it was. Chip was a life saver with the quality and attention to detail in his ability to host-- we felt so comfortable. So much was available to us and it really felt like staying with an old family friend who wanted us to there. Any time I had a question, Chip was able to answer it right away. He is knowledgeable (read his guidebook), kind, and generous. This century-old home is beautiful, well loved, and absolutely worth the trip. The "Crow's Nest" deserves to be treated with all the respect in your heart. It was an absolutely incredible stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, and peaceful home—perfect for our family of five! The space was quiet, private, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful location right by Lake Province, and we had almost everything we needed for our 3-night Easter weekend stay. Our older children attend UNH, and this was the perfect spot for us all to be together, relax, play games, and enjoy quality family time. We love to cook, and the brand new kitchen was gorgeous and a joy to use—we prepared three amazing meals together! Just a heads-up for fellow cooks: the kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you're planning more elaborate meals, you might want to bring a few extra tools. The outdoor space was also a highlight! With beautiful weather all three days, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fire pit, string lights, grilling, eating al fresco, and just being together. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

What a beautiful place in a quiet and secluded spot in the woods but only a short 10min drive to the nearest Shaw’s Supermarket. What’s more our host, Noah, was very helpful when we needed any local advice. We used the three main bedrooms (beds, pillows and bedding) and they were very comfortable with the entire house a warm and cosy home-away-from-home. The kitchen is well appointed and it’s great having two separate living spaces to enjoy playing games, reading quietly or watching Netflix. The stairs up and down could possibly be difficult for the elderly or infirm but shouldn’t present a problem for the average person. Initially I was a little apprehensive about finding the place but both Google and Apple Maps had no problem whatsoever: an easy 1 ½ hour drive from Boston Logan International Airport. To add to the occasion we had snow on Xmas-eve making it a truly magical setting. We would love to return and can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much! K+

Mike & Jess’s home is beautiful! We were celebrating our family Christmas, and this was the perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare Christmas dinner. The living room was cozy and inviting. The primary bedroom is spacious and mattress was very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room, and had so much fun hanging out there. It was so cold outside, but we never felt the chill indoors.

My husband and I spent 6 days here for our anniversary. I wanted a location on the water and close to visit all the major coastal towns in Maine. This was perfect! The home, felt like home, and everything was clean and beautiful. Adam was very helpful whenever I had any questions. Sipping coffee every morning on the back porch and watching the sunrise over the lake was so peaceful. Grocery store close by and great hiking/walking areas right out the front door. Can’t wait to come back and bring the family.

Our stay was awesome. Being right on the water was great for fishing and playing fetch with the dog. The house was perfect and the views were great.

The home was in a beautiful location and it was so peaceful to wake up and look out over the water. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space for our group to hang out. The host was very accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend!

From arriving to the hospitality throughout the stay to check out everything was just amazing!! Hidden gem for sure! Very relaxing cottage with a beautiful view. Very cozy, felt right at home. I used to live in Maine so returning for NYE and my daughter’s birthday and experiencing this after the fast pace living in Miami was an amazing experience, just what I needed!

Marina’s little cottage is a gem which we highly recommend. It is situated high above the peaceful and quaint lake providing interesting views. The sunrise while sitting on the dock was a favorite. A great place to get some reading done without everyday distractions. Everything was clean, neat and organized! The new kitchen was a treat! For a small place it is very spacious inside, beds and sitting areas comfy and everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Marina gets an A+ for communication. We may be back next year and will recommend it to friends and family. Please don’t hesitate to book this place for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect fall cottage so close to Portland! The cottage is so peaceful and quiet. But so close to Portland but you wouldn’t even know it. The farm is lovely and we took a walk down to the river on the property, it was so peaceful and so much land! If you are looking for a get away from a city, but want to be able to explore Portland and Kennybunks, this was the perfect spot. I don’t know if I’ve slept that good all year. Would definitely come back again. And we love Trooper the dog!

An absolutely wonderful cottage on a beautiful lake. West facing so lovely sunsets. The water is clear, clean and warm with a convenient pontoon to swim out to and back. The facilities were wonderful we used the kayaks and paddle boards. There is a well equipped games room (pool, table tennis and foosball). It’s perfect to keep kids entertained or just to relax. Also an outside pickle ball court. Dave and MB are very generous and welcoming hosts. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed out. Highly recommend. Dave and Caroline

We had the absolute best time at MJ’s place, highly recommend !! The house is spatious yet very cozy and quiet, with a nice back porch to sit and enjoy the surrounding woods! Home is also very close to town and to Poryland/coastline, and the cleanest lake to swim in that we’ve ever been to! MJ was very helpful and quick to respond. Stay here! We hope to return sometime soon!!

Came for the Fall colors; left in love with the place! Small but delightful. Cluttered in the most fantastical way. Nestled in paradise. Bonnie is so nice and friendly! Pay attention to the fact that the toilet is not attached to house. Short walk to privet and very clean!

We had such a lovely stay at Frye Island and would love to return sometime soon. We had a very comfortable stay with five adults and had everything we needed. Christina is a top tier communicator and we felt very prepared for everything the island had in store for us.

Second visit to this beautiful home. It was as perfect as last time. Everything is clean and neat. The host provides toiletries and an array of snacks! The lake is beautiful and the yard is a great place to soak in the natural beauty of the area. Can’t recommend this place enough! We felt revived after our visit! Thanks Eva!

As advertised, but perhaps a bit smaller than it appears. Great location, and the host was responsive.

We love this area in the snow. We may be returning to expense all there is to do in the warmer weather. The cabin is so heart filled with little touches of expression around every corner. The furniture was comfortable, and the rooms each felt enjoyable in their own little way. The kitchen had everything from a Keurig to a crock-pot, beautiful countertops and a drawer that doubles as a bottle opener. The living area had an awesome little bear, we named him koda, that could probably double as an ottoman but he doesn’t like that. The beds are all super comfortable, we know because even though the loft seems like it’s for kids, we thought it was a really cool space too. We almost wish there was a chest full of nerf guns to ambush whom ever might venture below. The game room was epic, and we played everything from Ping-pong to corn-hole. The multi-Arcade system had all the games that fun-spot had and more! We love this place so much and hope to return as soon as we can.

The cabin on Belleau Lake was perfect for the Ice Fishing trip we did. Cabin was comfortable and lake was easy to access. Had an issue when we first got there but Julie responded right away and quickly resolved it. Overall the group had a lot of fun would definitely stay there again.
