Small details were noted throughout our entire stay that highlighted their want to make every stay perfect. We also very much appreciated their attentiveness and response time leading up to our stay as well as a perfect description of everything we could want to know about the workings of the cabin. We would definitely recommend these hosts and will visit again soon!

The Bear's Den cabin provided an exceptional retreat that combined comfort, convenience, and thoughtful details. Everything about our stay was seamless and delightful. Truly just what the doctor ordered! We had a relaxing and peaceful getaway on the lake; our hosts were beyond gracious and responsive, the home was pristine and the location simply can't be beat! We enjoyed hikes, spent time in the hot tub and watched movies by the wood burning fireplace, and cooked many delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. With 3 bedrooms you can bring the whole family. Would 11/10 recommend.

Fantastic stay at Sofia’s quaint unique house which had great views, nice outdoors and lovely hot tub to relax for 3 nights stay. All the NH lakes were a driving distance and Sofia was a great, responsive host and very kind!

Such a lovely and peaceful home. The upstairs loft felt like sleeping in a treehouse. So many thoughtful touches throughout the entire house. The kitchen was well equipped with great appliances and supplies. Truly one of the best equipped and comfortable air bnbs we have ever stayed in. We did not use the hot tub but we really loved the whole outdoor space and the amount of windows which we opened on the warm day. Such a wonderful way to have all the comforts of home with the best part of being in nature. We even saw wild turkeys run through the property several times. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a really nice stay in this cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold evenings very much and also the gaming room is very nice. You should not get bored here ;-) The beds were good and we slept well. The front view is really nice and when the weather is nice the outdoor space must be great!

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

Perfect spot to get away and have some "me" time. Sat in front of the fireplace, read my book and got some work done. upstairs bed was extremely comfortable and happy to have a window to let some cool air in. site feels very remote but extremely close to shopping and other amamenities.

This place was perfect for a February break ski getaway! Our family of five opted to have takeout in the cabin instead of dining out, it was a great spot.

Great environment & Great experience. Evan was extremely helpful and the cabin was exceptional. Amazing views from the cabin windows. This was my second ever Air B and B rental, and I can only hope that my future experiences will be as unforgettable. Evan's instructions were very clear, which is obviously very helpful, and the cabin was exactly as described. We felt that we had complete peace and privacy, while simultaneously feeling completely supported by Evan and his family, who are in the area and seem like very nice people. Evan accommodated a delayed check out time, which he did not have to do, and he answered many questions that I, someone from the city had about staying up in the mountain area. I just cannot say enough about the experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. The price was simply unbeatable, and the cabin was flawless. The host (Evan) being available before, during, and at check out just tops it all off.

We had such a lovely stay at Frye Island and would love to return sometime soon. We had a very comfortable stay with five adults and had everything we needed. Christina is a top tier communicator and we felt very prepared for everything the island had in store for us.

House was very clean and well stocked. Our only issue was third bedroom was a loft, which was a challenge for us to get to. Mark was very responsive to our questions and responded quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay! Norma’s cabin was well equipped. The bottled water and Bluetooth, outdoor speakers were especially nice! After our daytime hiking and small town explorations, it was a cozy place to unwind and relax. So peaceful and beautiful. The panoramic view of the lake was fabulous!

We loved our stay here. The canoes and kayaks were so fun to use on the lake. Easy driving distance to North Conway and all the restaurants, as well as all the scenic mountain areas. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the firewood and smores items provided!

Grey Shingles is a great place! We loved the location and Rust Pond. We will definitely be back!

I thought it looked too much like a motel with cabins too close to each other, but my husband chose it. Turned out the proximity of other cabins wasn't an issue at all. The place is surrounded by trees, there's a beautiful lake a 2-minute walk away. Plenty of parking. It looked much smaller in the fotos than it felt inside. I didn't like the bunkbeds, but they turned out to be great. We had the choice to sleep together or apart. I would have liked one small comfortable chair for reading and a clipon lamp or 2 for better light for reading in bed or at the table, & we couldn't figure out the TV. But these are suggestions, not complaints. We were very happy. Staff were very friendly. Wish we'd checked out the restaurant on premises. Next time!

Five star service and accommodation in a country cabin! Elena and Ken are amazing hosts and should be the ones to teach other owners how to own a Airbnb. Amazingly quiet and secluded authentic cabin. This is as described but the cabin is so cozy and Elena made us feel at home upon meeting us to check in. She cares about your comfort. Ken knows the local area and is so happy to give a tour of the 250 acre farm. Nothing like watching sunrise out the large bedroom windows looking over the field. We sat outside one afternoon and just watched two bald eagles soar while hunting for hours. Get your food in advance. Nice country breakfast places 20 minutes away. Concord downtown is quaint and beautiful. If you are looking to get away in an immaculately maintained cabin, this is it. No tv, no WiFi (ok cell signal). This is where u go to get away and decompress with the best host ever. Will surely be back. Ken and Elena answered emails instantly. Inside has a European feel in a true cabin.

Had a 9 day stay with friends in the cabin. It was perfect for a relaxing quiet break. The walk through the woods behind the cabin was beautiful and well worth a look. The cabin was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We felt very at home there. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating to a few last minute requests. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Ashley's place. Everything was beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals with great new appliances. We especially loved hanging out in the living room, playing games and watching movies by the fire. Plenty of space for everyone, and the reading nook was so cozy! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We saw deer traveling through the backyard! We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake and paddleboards! Thanks Ashley for sharing your home with us. :)

What a really beautiful and special place!

Second visit to this beautiful home. It was as perfect as last time. Everything is clean and neat. The host provides toiletries and an array of snacks! The lake is beautiful and the yard is a great place to soak in the natural beauty of the area. Can’t recommend this place enough! We felt revived after our visit! Thanks Eva!
