We’re 3 miles outside Franklin, 15 minutes from Walton NY and 30 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

The Starling House is a renovated , fully furnished house with an open concept and has the space of a contemporary house , yet gives a warm and cozy feeling of home. It has multiple nooks throughout for relaxing private time. Soak in the clawfoot bath or find quiet time to relax in the upstairs reading area.A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities for home cooked meals.All four bedrooms have their own unique cozy style. Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

Small, clean and affordable, with a beautiful view, nice size yard, quick access to the host, who lives in the adjoining apartment and has a dog. There's a queen size bed in the bedroom . a couch in Livingroom . Also two chairs that fold down into small cot like beds. Suitable for a couple with one or two children. so, that's only two adults and or two young children. One dog welcome (No cats please.)
